I'd been in this hotel for ICT 2018 conference in Caen. The clerks of the hotel are kind, and I could feel that they are always doing their best for customers.

지붕층에 투숙하였음. 룸은 중간사이즈이나 경사진 천장에 여러번 부딪혀 실제 사용가능한 룸은 매우 작음. 직원들은 친절하고 주차장은 넓음.

L’accueil très bien. Prix très raisonnable. Chambre: Prise hs ou était installée la bouilloire. Sèche cheveux très sale. Qualité lit très bien, chambre très tranquille côté jardin. Le jacuzzi, message qui dit que l’eau aurait dû être changée. Le sauna pas du tout à température. Le plus décevant le petit déjeuner, pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles !!!!! TRES DOMMAGE !!!!!

Excel, excellent séjour et très bon service

Close to downtown, easy bus transportation to city centre, safe and secure parking. There was a moldy smell in the building, rooms very small. They claim it is 5 stars, it is not!

The room we were in had roof eaves vaulted across our bed, so you had to stoop to get out of it. The split bathroom was not a good design. There was a water closet with a door separate from the shower and tub and sink which was directly in front of our bed with no door. The location was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The price was good considering they had a Michelin star restaurant on the premises.

Forget the spa. Every American should stay here and most importantly should eat in the restaurant. The food, the service are amazing. Thank you Ivan Vaultier for making an unexpected trip into a great event for my friend and I.

Chambre pas au standard affiché, murs peu propres aux WC et chasse d eau dysfonctionante, prise électrique et lampe défectueuses, personnel absolument pas acceuillant, pas du tout au niveau des étoiles affichés, déçu.
