로비 직원은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 다른 직원들은 좀 더 친절했으면 좋겠습니다. 직원들의 편견이 있고, 보안은 겉보기에 부자처럼 보이는 사람들만 도와줍니다.

모두에게 강력히 추천합니다. 매우 저렴하지만 머물기에 너무 좋고 안전합니다.

와이파이가 그다지 안정적이지 않아서 프런트 데스크에 계속 전화했더니 수리하러 오겠다고 했지만 그래도 작동하지 않아서 결국 모바일 데이터를 사용하게 되었습니다.

제가 머무는 동안 소음이 있었고, 아이들이 5층에서 뛰어다니며 문을 두드리고, TV 리모컨이 작동하지 않고, 금고가 작동하지 않거나 배터리가 없고, 침대 린넨이 너무 얇고, 놈들은 더럽고 얼룩이 발견되었지만, 놈들은 케이스만 바꿔주었습니다. 놈들이 안에 있는데 이전에 세탁한 흔적이 없습니다.

첫날 방이 냄새가 심하고, 매우 오래되었고, 가구가 손상되었고, 린넨이 매우 더러워서 매우 실망했습니다. 둘째 날에 방을 바꿔 달라고 요청했고 프런트 데스크가 매우 친절하게 방을 바꿔 주었고 훨씬 더 좋았습니다. 우리가 식당에서 식사를 할 때 아침 뷔페가 거의 비어 있어서 리필을 요청했지만 시간이 오래 걸려서 결국 빵을 먹게 되었습니다.

저는 머물고 싶습니다. 고맙습니다.

Awesome, clean, accommodating staff. Only I would like to suggest for buffet breakfast to have a fried egg. Hehe overall great stay. Accessible and easy to go for shop 😀, nearby restaurants and malls.

It takes 1 hour for them to accommodate us. Also the receptionist are not good in giving customer service. They will assist you only if they knew you are rich but when they saw you wearing normal clothes, they don't give the treatment they are giving to some. The place and rooms are good but the customer service is terrible.

I requested for a room with window but sadly we didn't had one. When it was breakfast, we have to wait in the lobby for like 15-20 minutes ' til those who are eating were done with their food. Unfortunately food trays were almost empty, so another waiting game. So sad 😔.

The room was clean comfy and spacious.

The staff were courteous. The room was big and clean. I just didn't like the smell whenever I turned on the air conditioner. Looks like the aircon needs to be cleaned.

This accommodation is perfect just in front of Robinson Manila. The staff is good. The room is clean and all facilities are working.

The front desk was very impolite. The toilet was smelly, shower drain was clogged. Bed sheets were old. Cockroach crawling everywhere. Room service was slow.

They are all polite and friendly. This branch is better than in makati. Great experience.

Luckily we got the rate at almost 50 % than Eurotel 's normal rate for the rooms. Because if not, let me tell you that it is not worth it. It 's too expensive for the room and service. The breakfast was not good, we even tried to order additional food from their restaurant but it 's really not worth it! I mean, their cook/chef should have a tastebud right? He should know that the food they are serving doesn't taste good.
