전체 평가 및 리뷰 Iberostar Waves Paraíso Beach - All Inclusive

Muy bonito y tranquilo. El a/c un poco ruidoso pero el resto de la habitación muy funcional y cómoda. Largoscaminos entre restaurantes, alberca y playa pero nada que no sea imposible.

This was our third time at this resort, but we will probably go somewhere else next time. The Good: Both the pool and the beach areas are huge, and they have plenty of lounge chairs and shady huts. The bartenders are very friendly, and they make delicious drinks quickly and efficiently. The entertainment team is always great and we have a lot of fun with their games and shows. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are 11/10 clean each day when you return to them. The Bad: The food has never been great at any of the all-inclusives we have stayed at in the Cancun area. But my wife and I both got food poisoning from the Brazilian restaurant this time, which soured our short trip. Also, we love that there is beautiful wildlife on the resort, like peacocks, flamingos, parrots, and agoutis. But the coatis have visibly multiplied and it is a bit gross seeing them jumping on people's pool towels and digging in the trash cans. We love Cancun and we will be back! But perhaps we will spend a bit more next time in an attempt to get higher quality food.

Everything you could ever want is on the property. The staff was amazingly friendly. All the wild animals on the property made it very interesting and fun. Very nice property but well laid out never felt crowded at dinner‘s pool, beach, etc..

El hotel está muy bien cuidado y limpio, la playa no cuenta con limpia de sargazo lo que hace que se vea horrible, si cobran el impuesto de saneamiento deberían de aplicarlo no? De igual manera faltan carros para cubrir las distancias ya que el Hotel es muy grande y si vas con personas mayores será cansado ya que faltan carros que te lleven a las albercas, lobby,etc reservar en los restaurantes de especialidad es una novela y tienes que estar pidiendo en el lobby que te registren. En general muy buen hotel pero con varios detalles

Everything was great since we checked in for a week. The only issue if at all was a bit of a dismissive attitude of the front desk lady, wasn’t as friendly very serious, short dry answers.

The air conditioner in our room did not work we complained and never got fix we had a water leak and they didn’t fix it just mopped up and left

very hardworking staff, everyone is prepared to make your stay an amazing one. amazing facilities, delicious food and drinks, will be staying with iberostar in the future!

The atmosphere!! I LOVED IT!!, feels like a jungle, staff very polite and nice, the only thing I would suggest is to have more electric outlets in the rooms, very limited, above all, everything was great!!

We loved everything about this hotel! No issues on any front.

La habitación estaba en mal estado de las 6 noches que estuvimos solo hicieron bien la cama 3, el techo estaba roto, el aire acondicionado no servía, nos cambiaron pero no mejoró tanto, todo es viejo y me contracturé la espalda con el colchón. El personal del hotel, sobre todo los concierges.. muy interesados solo en vender la membresia y el upgrade. Los buffets (2) no tienen variedad de comida. No pudimos ir a la playa porque, (aunq sabemos que el sargazo es algo natural) no lo retiran de la orilla, por lo que llegó a medir 1 metro de altura y ni como saltarlo. Entiendo que fuimos en temporada baja, pero eso no justifica la lentitud y el mal humor de la gran mayoria de los que laboran ahi. En cuanto al area de las albercas.. hay camas ballinesas y ademas de que estan desocupadas, nadie las puede usar a menos que pagues, aún comprando un TODO INCLUIDO. Las albercas cierran a las 7pm. Tuvimos problema con personal de la alberca por dejar nuestras pertenencias en el camastro, estando adentro de la alberca y a unos metros de ellas. Nunca dejamos sin supervisión nuestra bolsa, y aun asi amenazaron con llevarla a resguardo. No volvería a ningun iberostar, hay muchos mejores por mejor precio. Les escribí antes de llegar al resort para indicarles que tengo cirugía de columna.. todo les dio lo mismo y los carritos que pasan supuestamente varias veces en tiempos cortos, no fue realmente cierto. Caminé mas de 15mil pasos del lobby a la playa. De verdad que no lo recomiendo.

This property has open air buffets that can be too hot in 90 degree weather. The beach had so much sargassm no one could get in the ocean. This is my main reason for going is to swim in crystle clear warm ocean. Maybe we should have gotten a notice of this so we could go to another resort.

Love the Staff! Hospitality was a 10/10! Beautiful Area and Landscaping. The room furniture was very outdated and when they mentioned a mini bar in the description it was a small refrigerator with 6 sodas and 2 beers max. This resort was very family oriented and more for couples I wouldn’t recommend it for singles or friend groups. But other than that it was very relaxing and super lowkey not a party resort whatsoever.

Beautiful property and right on the beach. Beautiful pool but we did not spend much time there since always at the beach. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned daily for us. Staff are all very friendly and super helpful. Food was amazing - loved the buffet!! Staff would come out to talk to us in the restaurant and to make sure we were happy. We answered yes it’s amazing!! It’s a large resort but there is transportation within the resort to take around. Highly recommend!!

The air conditioning was not the greatest. It’s a large property so there is a lot of walking. Food was good for the most part.

The property was beautiful…it was so lush and green and well cared for. I loved all the animals that roamed free, especially the pink flamingos and the peacocks that gave us great entertainment. I found the shops, however, incredibly expensive. I had to spend $28 USD on some sunscreen and I would’ve bought a pair of flip-flops but they were US$72! Way too much!

Beautiful grounds, fantastic pool, great food! Clean and safe. What more do you want? Will be returning next year.

Me gustó mucho la estancia pero el personal de recepción fue muy grosero y nos dijeron que hicieramos upgrade y nos darían antes la habitación... No fue asi, nos la dieron hasta las 3 pm... y habiamos pagado 300 USD extra...
