Super fiendly and very accommodating staff. Spacious, clean room and good wi-fi but amenities could be a bit better (more outlets by the working space and bed). Very good location near the Sea Garden, beach and Varna center.

The room was big! The location and breakfast were great.

Hotel bom apesar de um pouco decadente

I stayed at Hotel Panorama in Varna and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful especially during the night shift. When I asked for basic things like extra pillows or better ones (the ones in the room were completely flat), the response was rude and unprofessional. At one point, a member of staff even entered my room without proper reason or notice, which felt like a real invasion of privacy. The room itself was uncomfortable poor quality bedding, single beds pushed together, and no sense of comfort at all. Even basic amenities like water and coffee were charged separately, which is ridiculous for the price they charge per night. The overall service and attitude were unacceptable. I had stayed earlier at Modus Hotel nearby, which was excellent friendly staff, great comfort, and professional service. Panorama can’t even come close. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Varna. There are far better options nearby that treat guests with respect and actually care about their comfort.

Great location.

The hotel is a good option for a beach front property in Varna. Location is excellent close to the park, beach and tons of dining. Facility is aging and needs renovation (furniture, old carpets, toilet pressure, etc.) but still functioning. Staff is very polite and friendly, and when issues arize they do help. Breakfast has some unique options and offers a lot of different options, yet some things are odd (taking plates and utensils down by your feet, crammed space by drinks, etc.) If you are expecting a simple stay, you will not be disappointed). However, do not expect luxury, if so, go elsewhere.

Bed couch is so uncomfortable that even our child cannot sleep there. Shower gel and shampoo provided in little bags, one per person and night, so not enough if you want to shower twice. Tv doesnt work properly. Location on main street and extremly noisy. Air condition does not cool properly. Laundry service is an extremly expensive scam. Staff is nice as the only positive. Never again!

Great location in walking distance to many fantastic dining places, beautiful public beach and local attractions. Comfortable suite, breakfast included and a very friendly staff.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die freundliche und professionelle Betreuung. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und habe mich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Verständigung verlief problemlos. Mein besonderer Dank gilt den Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sowie dem Team im Spa-Bereich für den aufmerksamen Service. Auch der organisierte Transfer bei Ankunft und Abreise war sehr angenehm. Ich kann diesen Ort mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Nice location, clean Recommended in the summer, but I was there in the winter and it was very cold in the room.

Schönes Hotel in Strand und Zentrum Nähe, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Büffet, Zimmer und Ausstattung leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Super nice staff, convenient location, great view, good price.

Das Hotel und die Möbel der Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am Frühstücksbüffet fanden wir am Toastbrot Schimmelbildung. Nach dem Hinweis an das Personal wurden jedoch nur die zwei befallenen Toast statt aller Toastbrote am Buffet Teller entfernt. Das war für uns ein absolutes No Go und wir gingen dann jeden Tag in ein Café oder Bäckerei in der Nähe frühstücken.
