Good

A lot of broken stuff in the room, the more you look the more dirty you find it. Bugs

Smelled like dog pee in the elevator and lobby. Tried to force a checkout an hour earlier than on site.

The carpet was disgusting and they had roaches I had to leave once I seen the bugs Ridiculous I need a refund for my 3 nights

Hello, upon my arrival my room was not clean all that well. I decided to check out the next day and the front desk person was unable to handle this transaction and I am awaiting for a call back from the manager.

The room had roaches had to leave in the middle of the night.

I didnt like the family of roaches... I uesd to work here. And I can't believe how horrible things look... Called front desk about a tv issue ndxt thing you know I look over about 5 roaches were crawling in the wall... Right in time front desk was knocking. I showed him what I was looking at and he acted has if it wasn't a problem. Telling me "oh its just a few" how discussing is that! Then saying "well what you wanna do".. I want to leave mf... and never come back...

The mattress was uncomfortable. The room was very small. Couldn’t adjust the room temperature. Staff was not friendly or professional.

My room needed to be changed three times due to a roach problem

We were there for one night. Easy off expressway. People were friendly. Were told When we checked time of breakfast there was none. Room was musty, stained and ripped carpet. Bed was comfortable, curtains blocked out light. Price was too high for what you got.

It's an average hotel

Property was in a good area put the room I tried stay in wasn’t clean I seen a roach on the wall ac wasn’t cold all and all was not a comfortable. I had to pay for another hotel.

Location seems a little busy work workers For a while now or live ins.

Simply just like home!

The fact that the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional from the get go.I showed up and apparently the phone call was more important then waiting on an arriving guest. The employee was in an office with a personal call. Then the fact the elevator was out of service leaving one in operation. Once i got to the room, the room had existing trash. Overall, the place is very dirty. Would not recommend it

Arrived and hotel was overbooked. No room available

It was nice and cozy and no one interrupted my peace.

Not to bad of a price for the room but then charging extra when when checking in was a little ridiculous
