Had a problem with my car and couldn’t get a mechanic to look at it but spoke to front desk and explained the issue and they trotted off to see management and returned and said we were good, the women that cleaned the rooms were exceptional, we had full use of the hotels amenities, two weeks of great service,

Parking available, individual air conditioning unit, helpful staff, good room.

Amazing little motel! So clean and new. Great amenities!

This is clearly an older property but it’s been recently renovated and in excellent condition. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Check-in is in the hotel across the street, which is also where the hot tub is. They provide fresh coffee and a bus pass, since the hotel is at the far edge of town. We still walked but it’s a ways to downtown Banff. It has free parking. I’d stay here again.

Good checking in over the road at the canoe Where we were given a bus pass for Banff which was very handy. Room was clean with a kettle, microwave and fridge. Only issue was the heating was so noisy, hot air vent in the ceiling and the air con unit. Kept waking me through the night. Good parking though and loved the location

This was a really cute little spot and was exactly what our family needed for our stay in Banff! The amenities are all in the hotel across the street, as advertised, so we didn’t really use them. They put together cute little coffee and tea satchels for us to take back to our rooms and the staff were really kind, thoughtful and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay again!

We loved everything about our stay. The price was right and the hottub views were amazing!

The coat hangers was the only problem we had and they were fixed same day

We love our room at the Dorothy Motel - clean, cheerful and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the mini fridge and a microwave were very useful. We used Canoe Hotel roof top hot pools and sauna across the street - the view was awesome . All in all it was a great experience. We will definitely stay again. Thank you !

Check in was across the street which I didn't realize until after I booked. We arrived late at night so it was a bit of a hassle just because we were tired, otherwise it would have been fine. You get to use the amenities at the check in hotel, which is nice. The room itself was really clean and very cute. Most staff was very nice, just had one interaction with one staff member that was a little rude.

A quiet location with a reasonable pace 20 minute walk to downtown Banff. Clean and comfortable room, with additional amenities nearby.
