Good location and room size. Cosy beds. WiFi keeps disconnecting; maybe because the hotel was fully booked.

Dichtbij de prachtige omgeving van Dedham. Kamer was keurig, heerlijke douche. Ontbijt was gewoon goed. We hebben het heerlijk gehad.

Really good value for money. Nice hotel for a chain hotel. Friendly staff and clean room.

Breakfast was lovely with a great selection. There were also a selection of pillows on the bed, items at reception if you had forgotten things. Clean and presentable.

Good stay here again - breakfast was hotter this time which was appreciated. Room comfortable and shower was good. I don't appreciate being charged £8 for parking which was previously free, but overall it's still an OK hotel for a business one-nighter.

My experience was good, as always, staff are friendly the hotels facilities are very clean, the buffet breakfast was really good i would definitely be staying there again.

Food option were limited and no good quality. Issue with heating in room. When you put your door card in holder lights and TV come on but heating goes off. Take door card out lights go off heating comes on. Also shower and tap temperatures not hot.

We were upgraded to a beautiful room when we arrived. We were suposed to stay in another hotel and they moved us here the night before. We had a lovely relaxed stay and the breakfast was very nice.

Apart from the flies everything was brilliant

Very helpful staff re arrival time and an extra night if required. Made a sad occasion very worry free.

Staff were incredibly welcoming, everything was clean & tidy. Buffet breakfast was hot and plenty of choice.

The hotel itself is very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful and as it was Xmas they gave us a hand written Christmas card and there was complimentary mulled wine in the bar. What we were not aware of was the parking charges!!!! If you are NOT a IHG member then the parking was £16 for an overnight stay. It was only when I checked in and was told it was free for members. By this point I had already paid it. I am a IHG member which I had forgot about but the hotel couldn’t refund me on the parking so they kindly gave me a credit ti use in the bar.
