Very nice place.

La gente súper querida, el desayuno delicioso, la piscina muy buena y el servicio en la piscina muy bueno.

El hotel es viejo, mal mantenido, feo y sucio. La ducha se enposa el agua. El inodoro no baja bien. El lavamanos está en mal estado. La lencería es vieja y en mal estado. El colchón, las cortinas y la nevera son viejos y feos. Las almohadas son viejas y en mal estado. Es inaceptable que cobren lo que cobran por una estadía en un hotel de esta categoría.

Hotel conveniente la ubicación

El check in fue un poco demorado, pero en general la estadía fue buena, los trabajadores muy amables y prestos a colaborar siempre

The WiFi was horrible. Not the best neighborhood. The breakfast was outstanding! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Recomendable

Breakfast was good. Staff nice. The property was in good place. The only thing was the first day we didn’t have water heater. I missed a hair dryer, but they provided one, I preferred to have in the room.

There was no shower head in the shower.

The photos and description of this property are misleading. The breakfast served old fruit and watery eggs. The room didn’t have anything listed in the room description. It was dirty and old. With so many other hotels in Barranquilla, why stay here?

I didn't like the area

Buen hotel, ubicación conveniente, personal muy amable sobre todo en el restaurante

I had Room 206, the lowest room in the hotel on the corner of the building. It overlooked the pool and breakfast room. They played loud music in the pool from 8am to 8pm all day. They also played music from the breakfast room. This was a very uncomfortable stay. They refused to switch rooms or give a refund. There was also a banquet room nearby which was not used, but also could have provided noise too. The room was also dated. The corner room also absorbed all the noise at night from the street. Probably the worst hotel experience that I ever had. Do not stay here. Try another hotel or upgrade to another one in Barranquilla.

Con ustedes me fue excelente, Pero desafortunadamente cuando entre a internet a hacer la reserva, hay algo allí que uno da clip y efectivamente lo lleva a hacer su reserva e incluso a hacer el pago, Pero después que pagas te das cuenta que no son ustedes sino un intermediario. Además mucho mas costoso. Uno cree que todo esta bien y al final aparece la reserva solo con los días que ellos tiene disponible y el resto uno se queda sin los días adicionales como me paso a mi. Por otro lado nunca me llego la factura razón por la cual no pude reclamar este rembolso a mi empresa y me toco asumirlo. Les escribí y pareciera que fura una pagina pirata por que tampoco respondieron. En mi forma de pensar esto daña mucho la buena imagen que ustedes tienen y sugeriría que le dieran la importancia por que eso no es correcto de parte de esta empresa que terciairiza sus servicios.
