너무 좋았고 평화로웠습니다. 위치도 버스정류장하고 걸어서 5분정도 거리라서 좋습니다.

해당 숙소는 버스정류장에서 가까운 위치에 있으며, 객실의 청결도와 친절함이 좋은 호텔입니다. 걸어서 피라마을을 구경하기에 편리하고 주변 먹거리등 만족할 수준입니다. 바다전경이라도 바다는 좀 떨어져 있으므로 전경이 기가 막히게 좋은건 기대하시기에는 무리고 있다는 점은 참고하시기 바랍니다.

호텔은 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절했다. 객실 역시 좁지 않았고 자꾸지와 월풀욕조까지 잘 갖추어진 편이다.피라마을 번화가와 5분정도 걸어가면되고 공항버스 정류장까지도 가깝다. 무엇보다 호텔앞 주차장이 넓어 렌트카를 이용하기에 좋았으며 호텔에서 렌트카 대여.반납이 가능하다.

방안에 자쿠치가 있어서 습도때문에 매우 불편했어요

This was our third stay at Astro Palace, and again we had a wonderful time. The experience started before we left home, with Katerina reaching out to enquire about our timings and transportation. A luxurious Benz taxi and lovely driver took us to the hotel, where we received a warm welcome! It was really great to see everyone again (when they came on shift) and to see new friendly faces. Astro Palace is particularly clean, modern, luxurious and professional. The location, in the Fira, is perfect: 10 mins casual walk from a beautiful sunset and, if you're not renting a car or using taxis, 10 mins walk from the buses to Oia, etc. But what makes Astro Palace special is its people. They are very warm and genuinely invested in guests having a good time in Santorini. The other guests we spent time with expressed the same sentiment. In our case, as we've explored the island many times over the years, this time they recommended more rustic, less touristy places, essentially where they enjoy eating in 2025. And, of course, they follow up when we return to get our feedback. Coming back to reception and hanging out by the bar, catching up, was one of many highlights. A massive thank you to Hope, Katerina, Georgia, Ahmed, Dimitri and the entire Astro Palace family for your hospitality, authenticity and good humour 🙏

Didn’t eat there

It was just pricy. apart from that everything was good. The time we booked the hotel was about 500 CAD per night but when we arrived, if we wanted to book the same nights, it was much cheaper like 350CAD per night.

The room and hotel were super clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The limo driver picked me up from the airport with my name on a board, that was cool. They offered to help with scheduling tours, dinners, taxi rides. The breakfast was a beautiful spread of meat, cheese, pastries, eggs, juice, cereal. Lots of options. And a breakfast bag for the early airport flight. I didn’t use the spa service, but I wish I had. I’m adventurous and did a lot of public bus, hikes, runs and even mountain biking. I could have used a spa day. The pool was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. The jacuzzi on the patio was a great feature, and great for photos- however it did smell of plastic from the plastic cover. Not sure a way around that, perhaps a rubber cover would do the trick.

Staff is very nice. The hotel Itself is clean and the condition Is good. What was a problem is the bathroom shower-every time I was afraid I was going to fall. It was not designed safety. The breakfast- while Included and service was helpful, the food itself was mediocre. The location while about a 12 or so minute walk was not at all safe and not for people who are not strong. Cars will swam past you and not stop. The pool, while very pretty, is surrounded by cars driving around the hotel. Also, my tv was crooked, the programming was “scrambled” Not coming in clearly.

Persönliche Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches, professionelles Personal, hervorzuheben ist die persönliche Betreuung von Georgia an der Rezeption, die ein breites Wissen hat und touristische Empfehlungen sowie Geheimtipps gegeben hat. Die Ausstattung des Hotels, der Zimmer und die Außenanlagen sind luxuriös. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und wertgeschätzt.

En lille pool der er gammel og alle de paraceller er fixet på den måde der ikke kan justeres efter hvor solen skinner… Der er meget lille morgenmad lokal med meget lidt udvalg og ikke kvalitet… Det bedste ting ved den her hotel er personale der er meget serviceminded … og især HOPE, DINA … de er meget venlige og kompetent… En stor tak til HOPE der hjalp mig til at kunne holde ud de omstændigheder der var på den slidt hotel som jeg havde betalt meget for min ophold…

We loved the private pool and our amazing view of sunrise. Great location. A 10 min walk to lots of shopping, restaurants, and sunset views.

Newer property with great amenities. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Walking to the shopping, walking area is possible but it is uphill (10-12 min), a lot faster coming down. Front desk staff was excellent. Special mention to Hope. Breakfast was mediocre.

The gym could use a little upgrading, but the hotel was otherwise gorgeous and the staff very kind and helpful. Our 2-bedroom suite had two levels and was incredibly spacious. And we walked home from dinner in town within minutes. Highly recommend.

We we made to fell welcome from the start. The staff were extremely attentive. Caterina at the front desk was a gem. We would definitely like to return to this hotel.

Liked the Hotel location, 200 m to downtown, beautiful rooms and lobby and good spa.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We received an upgrade to a room with a private pool and loft.

Excellent property, set 10 minute walk from town centre away from all the crowds, this means that you get more space with this hotel. Staff are AMAZING and really care. As we went at the start of the season, it was a little quiet at the start of the week but got busier at the end. This hotel has everything you need. The drinks are fairly expensive but this is common on the island. The food is good quality and tasty. We opted for a room with a private pool and wow, it was amazing, really comfortable and loads of space. Could not fault this hotel or staff at all. We loved it and would love to return.
