Great facility

Everything was superb

First off there was no parking access near the hotel or even temporary parking at the front door. There were no luggage carts available when we arrived or when we departed. Then in less than 12 hours of being in the room the toilet clogged. We left for the day and were assured it would be resolved and our room refreshed before we returned. It was not and the evevning front desk staff was unaware of the issue. We were told maintenance was not available and that they were fully booked. They eventually found us a new room to move into. Then when we were leaving the elevators broke and the stairs had locked doors on every floor so couldnt even use the stairs. And again no lugage carts so took has 30 minutes longer to leave while we did multiple trips with kids using the one elevator that was stopping on every floor. Because the other was broken. And staff were using the elevators as well along with everyone else trying to check out. Plus we were charged an additional service fee per night. This hotel I'm sure was nice when it was first built but it just seems dated now. The shower was cold as well. It went from freezing to burning hot. There was no inbetween. We also had to ask 3 times for additinal towels even though when we registered we list 4 people in the room. The towels were poor quality. For a "spa" hotel I expected it to be way nicer. Especially for the price.

To go for a bite or a drink it was mins away. Everything was awesome

Good venue

Check in and check out very slow. Overall room was ok for what we paid. Some things were pretty worn.

Walking to the casino was great, room size was great. For $200 a night there are

Fromt desk staff was awesome. We were offered an upgrade on our room which wasn’t expected, but definitely appreciated. Biggest issue was parking - lots of large vehicles which made parking challenging due to sizes of the spots in front of the hotel.

Hotel was nice enough but very dark lighting in room and bathroom is terrible!

J'aime l'emplacement et l'espace dans la chambre par contre je ne conseil a personne d'aller manger au buffet...

Great hotel. Could use some new paint in washrooms. The wallpaper was peeling a bit

The parking lot was very small and had to park quite a distance away both nights. The condition of the lot was terrible! Huge holes and you could barely see the lines because they were so faded!

Indircwalk to casino is always a bonus

Very clean and well maintained. My dog and I really enjoyed our 3 night getaway. Fantastic restaurant in the casino. Only complaint is they don't have room service.

Great stay. Wish there would have been a microwave in the room. No clean towels at pool. Rain simulator is cool!

Friendly professional staff, very accommodating Rooms clean and comfortable, restaurant options at the onsite casino. Very good price for the facilities
