It's resonable hotel you could stay a night for close airport near . There are parking outside , breakfast, coffee , But ... Room is very close to next door sometime you could heard that next door customer voice and noises .... And morning time is too short hot water service ;;

무료조식과 주차는 좋았어요. 조식은 삶은 달걀, 사과, 바나나, 오렌지 등 과일과 우유와 시리얼, 여러가지 빵과, 커피, 머핀 등 아침에 간단히 먹기에는 훌륭했어요. 단 건물이 낡고 오래되어서 엘리베이터가 없어요. 숙소도 쾌적하지 않고 화장실도 좁고 불편함

세면대가 부엌 싱크대였어요. 화장실이 매우좁고 불편했어요. 방에서는 냄새가 났습니다. 우린 두개의 룸을 이용했는데 한개의 룸만 그랬어요. 다른 룸은 옷장문이 고장나 옷장과 그안에 있던 냉장고를 사용하는데 불편했어요. 이불은 깨끗했어요.

Personnel courtois, chambres propres, mais très petites avec un petit frigidaire.

J’avais réservé et payé une chambre via Expedia pour un déplacement professionnel. En route, j’ai réalisé avoir oublié mon portefeuille à la maison. J’ai immédiatement contacté la réception pour expliquer la situation et proposer une solution : utiliser la carte de crédit d’un pair à titre de dépôt, sans prélèvement sauf en cas de dommage. D'autres solutions auraient pu être possible, par exemple, vérification de la chambre avant mon départ... non aucune possibilité d'accommodement, rien. L’employée a refusé catégoriquement, sans écoute ni flexibilité, en répétant la politique interne et en me coupant la parole à plusieurs reprises. Aucun supérieur n’était disponible, aucune alternative n’a été proposée. La seule option que j'avais à part rebrousser chemin était de dormir dans ma voiture... alors que j'ai payé une chambre d'hôtel... vraiment? Résultat : service payé, aucune chambre, aucun remboursement, un aller-retour de plusieurs heures inutile et une perte financière liée à l'essence et à l'annulation de rendez-vous. Un stress immense vécu également. Je comprends qu’un dépôt soit exigé pour assurer que la chambre demeure adéquate, mais il y aurait eu d'autres possibilités de s'en assurer et le manque total d’écoute et d’empathie dans une situation exceptionnelle est inacceptable.

I got an unclean room..!! There were lots of hair and we didn’t even get a refund, the staff was short and unwilling to clean the room. After a long halt, we escalated the issue and the manager was also not on call. Finally, we got a replacement of the room. Poor experience..!!

The room was very clean. Dining room for breakfast clean, lots of choices for a quick breakfast. Coffee machine in the lobby (free) was very nice, hot chocolate, hot water, espresso etc. The receptionist was amazing, she spoke fluent Engish and French and very friendly

La salle de bain montrait des traces de moissisure au plafond et les joints du bain sont dégoutants.

Everything was perfect just we were booked on the third floor and there is no elevator. My wife and I have issues with our knees and asked for a change of rooms but hotel was booked solid. Staff were very friendly and even helped me bring our things to the room. Would definitely stay again just on first floor or maybe second :)

They never cleaned the room and didn't charge bedsheets.

The cleaning was not perfectly done but ok....the tv soooo dirty
