Fint hotel. Rent og dejligt værelse samt svømmehal. Fin morgenmad. Engangsservice til morgenmaden er ikke godt for miljøet

The room was dirty. They’ve attempted to update the rooms, but the baseboards were full of dirt and hair. The chair was stain covered. It was really gross!!! The hallways had large bags of stinky trash for the 24 hours we were there. Mud in the hallways everywhere. The pool was full of yelling and screaming well past 11pm despite complaining to the from desk. Avoid it and it will go away seems to be the standard at this hotel.

I liked how nice and helpful staff was , the hot tub and pool was really nice , I didn’t like how there was cockroaches in the rooms

Location 0500 a m a train whistle and 0230 a m bar closing near the Trans Canada Hwy with fast and furious drivers on a Saturday night

The breakfast was excellent. The one thing we didn’t like was how noisy it was. You could hear people outside , plus from the street. The beds were quite comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms needed a bit of updating but that didn’t bother us. The Inn was easy to get to, and was easy to access #1 when leaving. Would stay there again.

This hotel was offered at a very competitive price. The outside of the hotel is old and kind of run down. The room was 95% renovated and quite nice inside. The king size bed had nice bedding, however the bed was a bit on the lumpy side. The room was quiet overnight, and we enjoyed a good sleep. The room was clean and the bedding and towels etc., were very good. The newly renovated shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor to the point that it ran out the bathroom door. This was mentioned to the front desk, so they can repair it before the next guests arrive. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10. For the price, it was about right.

We were there for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable for 3 adults. We loved the pool hot tub area and the convenience of accessing it right out of our room. Additionally, the breakfast provided included hot and cold items and a nice eating area. We would stay again.

They have bed bugs so please refrain from booking here.

I did not like that the lobby was separate from the rest of the hotel and that the rooms were only accessible from the outside. My room had a bath rub and a shower head but no way to turn on the shower. I had to wash my hair under the bathtub faucet. I did like that there was a full size fridge so I could store my medication that needed to be kept cool.

This hotel was close to stores easy access the room was clean and very quiet I love that the fridge was a regular size because i had some food that took up a lot of space. breakfast was excellent very thing hot and fresh and different variety to chose. I would stay here anytime.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay. Parking was a little fun at times for where our room was located as delivery trucks blocked our parking space for a period of time, but not a real problem. It would have been nice to have received a paper copy of the layout of the building to locate the best and easiest route to your destination within the building which would have been helpful. The only problem was when room was cleaned they did not always restock the coffee (sad face). It would have been great if there had been more food option pamphlets and as well tourist type stuff.

This place is a dump I remember when Ramada was regarded as upper end 3 or 4 star accommodation. Right from the moment, I pulled up to the hotel, it made a very poor first impression; and everything afterward didn’t leave me with a better impression. This is now either the 2nd or 3rd Ramada I’ve stayed in that was a dump. There are so many things wrong with this place, I’m not going to bother to list them all. Someone should just bulldoze it and put up a decent hotel. What’s unfortunate is that this is my first time actually overnighting in Medicine Hat. I generally stay in Holiday Inn Express, Super 8 or Days Inn; 3 star accommodations. I’ve learned my lesson; I will never stay in a Ramada again.

A lot of deferred maintenance (painting, drywall patches, The kicker was no hot water for the shower.

The staff were very helpful and very nice. The cleaning staff needs to step up their game The toaster oven was filthy as was the top of the fridge and the walls of the bathroom The pool was great fun and we didn’t have any of the breakfast so I have no idea how the food was
