The hotel was close to the Trans Canada highway so we chose it.

Clean rooms upon arrival, but we had to ask for towels and bed make if each time we needed it during the entire week we were there. Housecleaning services are NOT AUTOMATIC Daily! Breakfast was good, and had a variety daily.

Some of the friendliest most helpful staff I’ve ever dealt with.

This is a great hotel for Travellers. Our room had a larger refrigerator with a working freezer which was fantastic for preparing meals for the trip to Thunder Bay. Great staff-friendly and helpful. Lovely selection of toppings for our breakfast yogurt and great coffee.

C’était un bon arrêt pour notre famille. Tranquille et sécuritaire. Piscine et spa agréable. Divan lit peu confortable mais chambre de bonne dimension pour 6.

I like the location it’s quiet. I don’t like the small tv and no HD, the rooms need to be upgraded, the bathroom tub is hard to get into and slippery.

Well maintained and clean property. Christine at the front desk was very pleasant.

Room was clean. Only complaint was the mattress was lumpy. Could be replaced

Although the place is having some renovations done, we found the hotel clean and comfortable. We stayed here a week ago and came back through kowing there would be no surprises.

Hotel is older but fairly well maintained. Elevator broke down so I had to make several trips down 3 flights in the morning.
