전반적으론 괜찮았어요. 많이 낡은감은 있었으나 저는 괜찮았는데 여자친구는 조금 찝찝해 하더라구요 근데 이동식?에어컨이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. ㅇㅏ! 냉장고는 시원하지 않아요..ㅠ

번화가 가 가까워서 쇼핑, 맛집, 산책이 편리했어요. 뉴가티 역도 가깝고, 구시가지도 버스, 전철이용이 편리했어요

평범한 호텔 조식도 평범함 서비스는 늦은 시간에 가면 점점 나빠짐

위치도 역에서 내리자마자 보이는 골목에서 바로있고 조식도 괜찮습니다. 웬만한 관광지도 대중교통 이용하면 금방금방다녔습니다.

호텔에 도착해서 체크인 후에 서비스료까지 결제하게 하더니, 풀부킹이라며 근처호텔로 가야한다고 무작정 지도 하나 건네주고 이동하란다. 불안해서 동일한 컨디션 맞냐니까 맞다며 빨리 가보라는 직원. 혼자 무거운 캐리어 끌고 10분 걸어서 찾아갔는데 호텔은 무슨.. 한국에서 만원줘도 아까운 여인숙이다. 침대 담요는 구멍과 얼룩. 정체를 알수없는 털이 끼어있고 테이블은 눌러붙은 얼룩이 가득하다. 2시간 뒤에 도저히 이 방에서는 못잘것 같아서 원래 호텔로 가서 환불해달라고 했다. 풀부킹이라고 했으니. 확인해보더니 익스피디아로 연결된거라 돈이 바로 결제 안되서 받은돈이 없다고 방 마련해줄테니까 거기서 자라고 한다. 방없다고 다른곳 보낼때는 언제고.. 싫다고 환불해달라니까 당장 환불 못해주니까 호텔스닷컴이랑 연락해서 연락주라고 한다. 불안해서 어차피 나중에 돈받을거면 미리 환불해달라니까 헝가리에 며칠동안 비가 얼마나 왔는지 아냐며 그래서 방이 없는건데 어쩌라는거냐고 소리를 지른다. 그게 내 잘못인가? 난 하루를 버렸는데.. 호텔스닷컴 통해 연락했으나 이제와서는 자기들은 환불동의한적없다고 발뺌하고 거짓말하는 호텔. 고객한테 소리지르는 여인숙같은 호텔. 이 호텔에 묵는건 세계최고의 실수다. 시설도 별로임. 그리고 손님받을 방도 없는데 예약받을 수 있게 해놓고 멋대로 시설구린 다른 호텔로 보내고 환불 안된다는 시스템도 이해가 안감..

It was a nice hotel. Bed was comfortable. It was good that they had AC in room which is very good in hot days. Unfortunately, breakfast was not good. There are just few options to eat. Honey, chocolate, cheese, butter, fruit, vegetables were missing. I would not pay any money for that breakfast. Thanks!

Room was not very nice, no proper A/C, shower floor made of wood paneling, hardly very cleanable. Bathroom was in general very awkward.

Great hotel! Nice and clean! Really good location for the main attractions!

Vorwiegend unfteundlicher Rezeptionist, bis auf den Abreisetag. Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche undicht. Sehr begrenzte Auswahl beim Frühstück. Gut ist die Anbindung an die Metro.

Everything quite adequate giving good value for money.

I didn't like the set up of the building of the hotel. The towels provided had many holes. The TV seems to be very old, it seems to be a cathode rays tube TV. .

We moved from this hotel after 1 night,we only stayed the 1 night as it took time to re-book somewhere else. The "hotel" gave more the impression of a shabby hostel. The room we were allocated(std.double)well! The most generous thing I can say is that it looked clean,things went downhill from there.., Badly worn floors,jammed(open)window shutter covered with a bit of tatty net curtain.Used a towel as a blind overnight. There appeared to be mouldy areas around edges of room,the walls were covered in what appeared to be a thin felt/carpet material. The bathroom was okish,cracked shower base,oh,and ants.. Two bedside lamps but no sockets near bed area,used one balanced on the radiator! Breakfast was not bad,probably best part of stay. We had been offered another room,very similar in style,but by then we just wanted out. Once we had found and booked a new hotel,well. The sense of relief we felt entering the room in our new hotel was immense and so different to how we felt going into the Silver hotel room. We are in an ongoing situation to get a refund for the nights not stayed

The staff were great and very insightful and even gave me options of things to do when I had a bit of free time

Great location in Budapest close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very safe as well.

Hotel oreso solo per una notte, camera grande ma in condizioni fatiscenti, bagno apprentemente pulito ma con una puzza costante di fogna. Hotel da fiml horror... lo eviterei.

Hotel has easy access to transport into the main areas of Budapest

There were no firealarms in the room.I would have like to have handtowels,there were ants in the bathroom, toiletpaperholder was broken etc.
