Budget accommodation slightly over priced for location and quality

Wifi was not great, air was not greatest old school fan on roof still hot in room when it was on, noisy could hear people talking in hallway easy and when doors other rooms were closing there doors you could hear traffic on main road dont think windows are double glazed. Room was not ckeaned properly when we arived found 1 packet of unopened chips under bed and a pack of lollies behind a heater.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space and hotel location is center of town, it is easy to access to different sightseeing spots.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Clean and tidy room, with great sea view.

Great place. Clean tidy and conveniently located. Good carpark. Staff were attentive. Chef was very good at meal prep. Can recommend the lamb and the butter chicken!

One night stay here. Convenient location, however a bit noisy next to the main road. But then again all motels in this town are next to the main road. Remember ear plugs! Breakfast was great. Staff were amazing, very welcoming

A bit noisy at night being on main road, Mini Bar wasn't really a mini bar. Otherwise very good accommodation for the price.

There was so noised next door or upstairs room. I couldn't sleep well. and also it was an old hotel the room smelled.

Duvets stank obviously hadnt been cleaned in a while Walls paper thin can hear everything next door and outside. Great location

The hotel although dated is in good condition, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Close to Caroline Bay gardens and walking area. Easy walk into the main street for eating and shopping.

The Hotel was great but I won't use expedia again. We we arrived we stated we only had 2 people not 3 but we where dept direct by Expedia for 3 people. If I’d booked direct we would have saved approx $76. Not good. It would be great if I was credited $76 back to me.
