전체 평가 및 리뷰 Lazart Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Every staff was so kind and breakfast was wonderful. It’s a little far from the atrractions. If you rent a car, it doesn’t matter at all.

Great property and staff. I enjoyed my time there.

Was upgarded. Very good breakfast and various. Pool in the hotel about 7-10mtr long on 5mtr large. Exclusive room need a little refresh. Parking available. Room service good

Selanik'in çok kalabalık, biraz eski bir mahallesinin ortasında. Oda genis, konforlu. Ama kahvaltı tek kelimeyle berbat. Kahvaltı salonunda yerler berbat kirli, masalardaki yenmiş yiyecekler kaldırılmamıs, yemekler, yumurta vs. Soğuk. Kahvaltı almayın.

L’hotel ha un’ottima colazione e le stanze sono molto ampie. Solo la posizione non è comodissima per il centro della città.

The hotel is outdated and needs an upgrade, small TV, wearout floors and matress with soft spots and gaps

This hotel is supposed to be a 5 start hotel, but unfortunately it is very far from being in this category. Nothing totally wrong with the hotel, it is just that it is not worth 5 star. Should be refurbished.

The entrance to the hotel was marvellous. The staff was very helpful, very polite. However, there was a bug in the bathroom. It came out from under the toilet brush and quickly disappeared down the drain. Unfortunately, this is not an acceptable sight for a hotel.

Das Hotel ist super und die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig geschnitten. In der näheren Umgebung findet man den besten Gyros von Thessaloniki. Schade, dass der Pool im Winter geschlossen ist. Zur Stadt kommt man mit dem Bus oder für 10€ mit dem Taxi. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Personal hat sich um jeden Extrawunsch von uns gekümmert.

Maybe requeirement are for a "5 star hotel" could be fullfill by Lazart Hotel, therefore they may gained this title, however the ambient condition does not feel you as it is. The staff is higly kind, helpful and the hotel is relatively clean, but it's really old and the comfort is not good enough. I have seen much better 3 star hotels. Therefore the price that I paid is much for such quality.

The hotel was quite nice but far from the main centre area of Thessaloniki. Had to catch transport to the centre and restaurants/cafes at night.

Das Hotel erscheint in den Bewertungen als Hervorragend, daher haben wir dies auch gebucht. Der Pool ist auf den Fotos grösser als in Wirklichkeit. Vom Service bei der Poolbar & Restaurant erwartet man in dieser Preisklasse eigentlich mehr, die waren aber eher unfreundlich, ungeübt und überfordert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut aber die warmen Speisen leider kalt. Die Zimmer sind gut aber benötigen zum Teil ein Update. Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut aber mit dem was vor Ort geboten wird zu teuer.

It was a decent stay, not much to do in walking distance. Pool was nice, the gym needs a lot of work.

One of the best hotel in Thessaloniki. The rooms are quite large, carpark is good, restaurant is nice. The only small thing I could say is that the airconditioning is a bit loud but thats nothing serious.

Odamız 2 yetişkin ve 2 çocuk için tutuldu ancak 1 çift kişilik yatak ve 1 tek kişilik yatağa ek olarak farklı bir odada yere ranza tarzında bir şey açılmış. Ancak o kadar uyduruk yapılmış ki 8 yaşındaki kızımın oturmasıyla çöktü. Bunun dışında otelin havuzu hem çok küçük hem de can kurtaran sürekli çocukları atlamayın, dalmayın vb cümleler ile uyarmakta.balkon olmamakla birlikte, pencereden havuzun üstüne gerilmiş güneşliği ve karşı binaların balkonlarını görebiliyorsunuz. Konfor olarak yeterli ancak aileler için pek uygun değil. Atina da kaldığımız 3 yıldızlı otel daha iyi imkanlara ve manzaraya sahipti.

An ok hotel with a pool for the kids!

I liked that they helped with a dinner, but I did not like that they said they would give us champagne for my wedding and then didn’t. Also, I was told through Expedia I would get my VIP service and did not. The staff for room service and the dining area were off putting and made me and my people feel rushed. The manager was very nice so I feel bad for leaving a poor review. The lifeguard was nice and the front desk staff very nice too. I just thought more of a 5 start hotel and it didn’t feel that way.

Very good hotel with friendly staff. Evening meal and buffet breakfast not as good as similar standard hotels. Disappointed at lack of tea making facilities in the room.

Everything was fine the staff were all very very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the shower, it is totally ridiculous and impossible to wash yourself. I don’t understand the logic in the brain of the person that designed such a shower nozzle.
