Hotel itself was ok. Clean, modern, good location and convenient enough.
However, I experienced worst service ever in my life. Front desk person named Chris was horrible and rude. When WIFI went down for several hours, I asked him when it would be fixed. His repose was..nothing. He just repeated himself he does not know. It looks like He wanted to tell me he is not a technician so why why asks him? Also I asked for some of the amenities while they were not prepared in the room (like shower cap). Again, his response was not even close to professional. He just handed over the items very rudely without saying anything.
I am sorry to say that but this man needs to be trained to learn how to do “customer satisfaction”. I do think myself as a picky person at all and never comment anything after I stayed hotels before. But this time I have to write this as I believe this Chris really needs to learn how to do his job.
