It was a hot day no air conditioning in the room. The lady at the front desk lent us a fan. It was ok to sleep.

There are some big positives to this hotel but also some things to be aware of. Positives: -The owners (British husband and French wife) are delightful, friendly and helpful - The secure car park is a big plus in Epernay - it’s a nice 30 minute walk into town along the Avenue de Champagne - Breakfast is included and is good and varied -there is a nice lounge with a fire to sit in Things to note: - the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation or noise from not only the rooms next to you but also those over the corridor - the hotel accepts dogs. Not a problem until owners leave them alone in the room and they bark incessantly.

Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen. Gratis parkering. Kort promenad till Mercier. Trevligt allmänt utrymme. Rummet var litet och slitet. Badrummet trångt. trångt.

Voortreffelijk. Wat ons opviel, was het vriendelijk personeel. Dikke pluim , proficiat Team Kyriad Épernay.

Tryggt och enkelt att parkera, frukosten saknade grönsaker och ägg m m. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rummet enkelt men rent, bra dusch.

Excellent property. Location was central, parking was safe and easy, hotel staff were warm, welcoming and happy to help with all requests. Breakfast was very worth the extra cost. Best baguettes we had over the 2 weeks we were in France.
