When I visited this hotel, it is difference btw photo and actual especially for the rest room. The rest room is not renovated and dirty. I think that I allocated room that is kot renovated.

Fint utgangspunkt for Monza. Grei parkering om enn litt trangt som overalt i Lombardia. Hjelpsomme ansatte og alt som forventet.

Having booked four-star hotels before through Hotels.com, we were looking forward to a pleasant stay at Helios Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located about an hour from Milan by public transport, which was also one of the reasons we chose it. The lobby looked quite nice and luxurious, and the receptionist was welcoming. The disappointment began when we entered our room. It was spacious and clean, but everything felt aged and unkempt. The bathroom had clearly seen better days, and some features had been replaced with the cheapest options on the market — for example, an old, rusty sink tap more suited to a public toilet than a four-star hotel. The shower tap was missing a knob and was very tricky to use. You had to flush the toilet several times to make the water stop running, and some of the electric sockets were loose or not working at all. The blind on one of the windows didn’t work, letting the sun in very early in the morning. Definitely, as someone else had said, at least one star too many. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable (although there was no duvet, just a thin sheet), and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of sweet and savoury options.

Fijne familiekamer met prima bedden. Rooftop bar/restaurant is echt een aanrader. Heerlijk gegeten met een prachtig uitzicht. Super vriendelijk personeel in restaurant en rest van het hotel.

L'hôtel est propre, le petit déjeuner varié et bon. Le personnel de l'accueil sympathique. Cependant, il est important de noter que le parking se résume à une dizaine de places en épi devant l'hôtel le long de la route. Celles ci ne sont pas réservées ni garantie et leur accès n'est pas facile. Concernant le ménage de la chambre, il est inexistant au quotidien si ce n'est le changement de serviettes et remonter les draps sur le lit. De plus, l'hôtel n'est pas bien insonorisé et on entend beaucoup les chambres voisines et l'extérieur. Bref, en terme de service nous sommes plus sur un petit 3 étoiles.

L'hotel est propre et accueillant rien à dire de ce côté. Eviter simplement le restaurant pour le peu que j'ai vu.

Struttura molto bella,con una bellissima terrazza al settimo piano dove fare un aperitivo o cena.La camera spaziose e ben fornita di bollitore,cassaforte e frigo.Ben insonorizzata.Abbiamo però sentito fino a tarda notte un po' di rumori provenienti probabilmente dalla terrazza.Bene la scelta dei cuscini.Non abbiamo fruito della colazione.
