깨끗하고 7층 테라서에서는 바다도 보이더라구요 한가지 아쉬웠던건 조식포함이 아닌데 조식가격이 좀 있었어요 ㅎㅎ 조식을 먹어보진 못했지만 그것빼곤 아주좋았습니다!!

프론트직원의 불친절에 토나올뻔 했음 하지만 청소해주시는 직원의 친절함에 그나마 위안삼음 프론트 직원 서비스는 정신개선부터 다시 해야될듯 싶음 객실청결은 좋았음

Staff are helpful...Location is is good. However, I would give it 2.5 stars for everything else.

If you can’t find anything else, then this is fine. The rooms are nice and clean. There is NO bar. Although it say so, the other reviews are correct. There are non. It’s just the breakfast room where you can buy a drink - no menu card. No nothing. The breakfast was horrible. Don’t buy. The service was fine. We did get to check in early which was great. But don’t expect anyone to go up and beyond. Cleaning staff walks in to you room, even if you are naked.

Ottimo hotel in una posizione strategica della città, a due passi dalla metro e 15 min dalla stazione centrale e vicini a tutti i servizi. Personale molto gentile ed educato. Ottimo il cambio biancheria ogni notte. Nonostante la posizione in un punto con tanto passaggio veicolare, finestre ottime di ultima generazione. Mi dispiace aver trovato la stanza gelata al mio arrivo e nonostante abbiamo fatto spengere l’aria nei due giorni consecutivi la stanza é rimasta fredda/umida. In ogni caso consiglio la struttura e ci tornerò

Hotel in pieno centro, comodo per muoversi a piedi nel centro di Napoli.

Posiziine strategica :centro di Napoli vicinossimo al molo di Beverello e il centro. Colazione a buffet con sfoglatelle affettati mortadella caffè marmellate light e buona.

Lovely breakfast,great reception and central to the city and transport.Port makes it easy for boat trips and watching the ships!!.Good cafes and eating nearby.

Great location, quiet area at night, short walk to shops and restaurants, great staff to help you out with anything.

We just stayed at the hotel. Not 4 stars at all. More like 2 or maximum 3. The room was TINY. No room to move around. The aircondition is super noisy (more so than what is usually considered fair). The rooms DO NOT look like the pictures you see when you book the hotel. Most annoyingly the breakfast was just awful. The juice tasted like it had been watered down to the point where you might as well just take a glass of tap water. The toaster did not really work (had to use it 6-7 times to properly heat your bread. The pancakes were always cold, and many of the condiments were lacking. The coffee was probably brewed last month. The only plus about this hotel is the location, which in all honesty is great for seeing Naples. With more transparency about what you get when you book there - and a few investments into a proper breakfast (maybe the owner is cheap) this could potentially be a better hotel down the road.

The hotel is okay and centrally located, which is a big plus. However, I’m not sure I would consider it a true four-star hotel. It could really use an upgrade, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. Overall, it’s fine – but there’s definitely room for improvement

The people at the front counter were awesome. Friendly explained the shopping and food places for the type I asked. The breakfast was high quality food and clean. Overall the stay was a 9. Could have been a 10 if the day I checked in. I couldn’t reach the hotel on my checkin date due to the taxi strike for 24 hours. The next day I checked in and they had my checkin available and the lady cared less about a refund due to the taxi strike. They she tol me the checkout date was Saturday not Sunday. My reservation copy showed Sunday June 1, 2025. I had to call hotel.com and they sent me the confirmation email and I showed the lady again. Told me know and she checked in the computer and some other paper behind the desk. Finally kept showing the email she said checkout June 1. You can see my frustration and my wife and I both in the late 70’s. The taxi strike for 24 hours we didn’t no about until we left the airport, I feel I should not have been charged the night I couldn’t get there.
