직원들이 모두 친절하고 시설도 좋습니다. 방음이 잘되는거같진않지만 조용하고 깨끗했어요. 조식도 맛있었구요 커피 만들어주시는 여직원분이 굉장히 친절합니다. 다른 한국인 후기에서도 보았는데 조식먹을때 뭐랄까... 베리헝그리? 이러면서 웃는데 도대체 왜그러는지ㅋㅋㅋㅋ이해는 안가네요

산타루치아역에서 도보로 10분 정도 거리에 위치해 있고, 수상버스역이 바로 근처라 접근성이 조았어요~ 남자 매니저가 정말 너무 친절해서 고마웠고, 기대 안했던 조식도 너무 맛있게 먹었습니다~ 예상은 했지만 방이 너무 작아 좀 그랬지만..유럽호텔들이 워낙 다 작으니...ㅜㅜ 작지만 깨끗하고 있을껀 다 있고, 화장실은 상대적으로 넓직 해서 편했네요~~로베르토 카날리 어매니티도 신선했구요~~ 전반적으로 만족스런 호텔이였습니다~~^^

Great location, very clean hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel was recently renovated and everything is like new. Great staff and super friendly. Great breakfast as well. We had a blast and highly recommend this place.

Easy access from airport via vaporetta, which we used directly from airport. Staff welcome was excellent, and very helpful with recommendations about places to eat. Both our rooms were clean, cool & the beds very comfortable. Quiet in the rooms at night, and easy access to places to eat nearby. Breakfast & the service also excellent, so 5 stars from us!

Come si fa a non mettere una recensione positiva in questo hotel? Personale cordialissimo, la stanza bella fresca, comoda con letto comodo. L'unica cosa da fare attenzione è lo scaleo accanto alla doccia che a prenderci una testata si fa presto. Eccezionale davvero come hotel.

I had an excellent stay at Arcadia Boutique Hotel Venice. The location is fantastic—close to the train station yet away from the busiest tourist crowds, making it easy to explore Venice on foot. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained, with high-quality rooms, a great shower, comfortable beds, and outstanding service from the staff throughout my stay. Breakfast was also one of the best I experienced during my trip, with a wide selection and excellent quality. For its category, this is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

We booked this last minute and the staff was excellent. Nice quiet room right in the heart of Venice. It included breakfast that was wonderful. Fresh eggs and pastries. Coffee made to order and a very attentive young man to help.

We were extremely pleased with our stay! Wonderful location. Easy walk from the Venezia S.L. train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast available. Very clean and quiet.

It was raining when we arrived. Nicola carried our bags up the stairs. The front desk lady was very helpful with dinner suggestions. Our room was lovely. Beds were comfortable. There was water for us and she also brought us a bucket of ice. Loved the whole thing. Upon checkout, they carried our bags down and told us where to find transportation to our boat. Terrific people.

Room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and even allowed us an early check in. Helped us carry our bags up the two flights of stairs and overall friendly. The hotel itself was in a good location - a little outside of the more touristy areas which we preferred so it was less busy.

The rooms are small in comparison to newer hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It should be noted that this property does not have an elevator but staff will carry your bags. The hotel is in close proximity to a water taxi stand and train station. The area much like all of Venice has restaurants and shops everywhere. The breakfast is similar to a continental breakfast with some hot items available. All in all it was a nice hotel.

Great hotel, fantastic location, amazing staff!

The staff here is incredible. The breakfast is delicious with made to order coffee. The room is very spacious and clean and so close to the train station making it very convenient. Would stay here again!
