very clean, and great costumer seevice, very very nice people at reception and especially the old men with glasses that works night shift. He definately deserves a race in salary. everything is perfek, but spa not good but not necessary for my stay

Herşey güzeldi, çocuklarım çok keyif aldı

Otelin bir kismi yenilenmis bir kismi eskiydi. Biz yenilenmis odada kaldik. Ancak oda icerisindeki hersey yeni kullanilan yatak otel acildigi gunden beri kullaniliyor sanirim.

Very good staff and hotel …. Only drawback is location from city center

The best personel in hotel…

This hotel is beautiful, but it seems to cater more to corporate bookings rather than individual ones. It's a bit far from the city center, but you can easily reach it by taxi for about 7-8 euros. These large corporate hotels are not really our preference, especially since we often travel with our 4-year-old daughter. However, we did appreciate the friendliness of the staff, especially the breakfast staff. There was a lady there who was very nice to us, although I can't remember her name. Unfortunately, we had trouble sleeping on our first night because of a corporate event party on the hotel patio. This made us feel a bit more on edge than usual the next morning. When we spoke to the lady from the breakfast staff about this, she was very understanding and took great care of us during our 3-day stay. She was welcoming not only to us, but to all the guests. It's hard to find people like her, especially in the service industry where long hours and tough conditions make it difficult for people to enjoy their work. I'm genuinely sorry, but I can't recall her name right now. Nonetheless, she truly enhanced our stay. Additionally, it appears that the hotel is renovating the room furnishings since it seems that we were in a room with older furniture. This might explain the more reasonable price of the room. Overall, we had a great time during the Thesealenoki trip and enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palace Hotel.

Hotel is fantastic! Doing everything perfect. Suggest taking cab to/from site (and not walking).

Die Toilette war verstopft. Die Türklinke blieb an meiner Hand.. Die Räume mpssten ordentlich durchgecheckt werden.

The hotel was nice and I really enjoyed the pool. The location of the hotel is not in a good area but the hotel provides a free taxi to the main Thessaloniki area. This was very much appreciated. The hotel was good for the 2 days that we were in Thessaloniki.
