Service was not good & on time

I stayed in hotel from 7th to 10th Nov 2016. No heater was provided in the room. We couldn't control the temperature of aircon. During night it was too cold. Water in basin & shower was very very cold. As informed by the hotel, hot water will be for use from 7am to 10pm but sometimes it took too long to get hot hot. Wastage of time for waiting for hot water. Must keep water running to get hot water, therefore wasting water too. Hotel provided extra blanket upon request. Wifi was not working in the room and in lobby too. Hotel food gud. Value for money.

Good for one night stay but not for holiday.

Hotel denied any booking with Expedia in first place but later provided accommodation in basic room rather than luxury for which booking was made No internet facility

The hotel seems good for the price.service also was prompt.all in all a nice cozy place for a couple of days to stay. Its a bit far off from the mall rd and requires a lot of stair climbing.

If you are booking this hotel online the you must Confirm your booking from hotel also. otherwise you may not get your room as per your booking. one more thing this hotel has some old rooms. try to avoid those rooms because this hotel has many new rooms available in same rate.Thanks

It was very pleasant

I had chance to stay twice in a year and I feel this is a quite good place close all the amenities . Only big problem I had was the wifi as there was no signal. I was about to check out next day but hotel owner Mr Karan came and solved our problem and I end up staying 4 nights. Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is on the top with wonderful hill views. The mall is only 4 minutes walk and you can have car park too. Overall this is a quite budget hotel. Recommend this.

It's a good hotel - they charge you like an upper middle class hotel but it has some "traditional" problems - no backup for power cuts, the elevators would stop working out of the blue and getting up and down 10 floors is a hassle. It is NOT connected to the mall - that's a lie.

The stay was excellent. Location was very good for us and the hotel services and facilities were also very good. I will surely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Great stay

I had a awsome experience in Surya. Hotel and room condition, staff behaviour, food quality ...all is good. my recomendation for hotel surya is 5 out 5.

Stay at this hotel was very good, Just Had little doubt on Parking otherwise a very nice hotel to stay.

(1) On first day of our arival, We were given welcome drink, with a smile, (2) It was hot there in room so we asked for fan in the afternoon but reception told they willarrange, but didn't and have not said sorry for not responding as well. (3) The restaurant closes at 3:30 PM but the waiter was not taking our orders even at 3:00 PM. (4) Lift is in bad state, it just stops working when its most needed. These are negatives. On positive side the hotel has got easy access to Mall Road, Kali badi. And room service was quick and good. Breakfast was good.

1. They least bother about the guests. 2. Food Quality provided with in the hotel is pathetic 3. Room smells like hell 4. Few rooms are good in view... else you will find some water pipelines from your windows in maximum rooms. 5. Images shown on the travel sites are made to impress the guests, real is totally different. 6. And most of all, its not that near to THE MALL... its far actually. 7. No Ventilation..not even fan were installed there
