전체 평가 및 리뷰 Le Mirabeau Resort & Spa Zermatt

수영장과 사우나도 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 마테호른 뷰로 업그레이드 해주었고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 사우나는 유럽스타일이라 수영복 없이 입장하는거 같아요. 추천합니다.

숙소도 너무 좋았고 서비스도 좋습니다. 역에서도 가깝고 이동하기 너무 좋았고 주변에 마트도 있고해서 머무는동안 너무 편했습니다

후기를 잘 쓰지 않는데 여기는 제가 가본 호텔중에 최고입니다. 모든 부분에서 5성급 못지않은 퀄리티를 보여주고, 특히 스파 사우나는 체르마트에서 피로를 풀어주기에 너무나 충분하였습니다. 다시 온다면 무조건 여기입니다.

아주편안하게 잘 쉬었읍니다. 룸을 Upgrade해주셔서 고마웠읍니다.

체르마트서 2박을 투숙하면서 이용한 호텔이지만 잘 선택했다고 생각이 드네요 레스토랑에서 식사도 괜찮았구요 아침 조식또한 좋았습니다. 단 가격이 비싼 흠이 있지만요, 저녁에 둘이서 식사하는데 99프랑이 나왔네요 다소 비싼감이 있고 물값도 받는터라 좀 의아해 했지만 원래 물값은 어딜가나 받더라구요 전 처음이라 잘 몰라서..^^; 호텔은 베란다도 있고 조용하고 좋습니다. 체르마트 역에서 셔틀차량도 제공되어서 좋았구요 수영복을 안가져간터라 스파나 수영장 이용을 못해서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔에서 렌탈이 안된다 하니 참고하세요 ^^

Hotel right on waterfront path (one of only a few hotels lakefront), walking distance to train station (<1km) and bus station nearby. Is about midway between 2 lake ferry pickups, nearby grocery, convenient, and restaurants. Safe and quiet when no festivals next door. Huge balconies with lounge chairs and table/chairs with lake view/sunset views, rooms large, found prpoerty very clean and all staff friendly/helpful. Will stay again.

Wellness sehr schön wirklich heisses Dampfbad. Badeanzug ja/nein war nicht klar daher etwas komische Begegnungen in Sauna…

Loved the property. Nice rooms (we stayed in the junior suite), the spa and pool was a must after a long day of skiing, and location was very walkable. The only slight knock was the dining area staff (front desk was great) did not seem as friendly. Might have been an age thing as I was likely one of the younger guest (in my late twenties) but I felt a noticeable difference between how my wife and I were treated and the other couples.

Hotelli on ihan perus mukava ja melko hyvällä sijainnilla Huoneiden ovet ovat todella huonosti äänieristettyjä ja jokainen askel, keskustelu ja kolahdus käytävästä kuuluu huoneeseen kuin tehostettuna. Palvelu oli muuten hyvää mutta aamiaisella palvelu oli kehnoa. Kaiken tilaaminen oli vaikeaa ja sitten kun tilatut tuotteet tulivat pöytään niin se oli töykeää. Suksihuone oli hyvä ja kylpylä ok.

Location is obviously the only thing going for this place. Terrible food. Hotel is old tired and needs a complete refurbishment. Is stuck in the 1990s is cheap for a reason. Could live with the old decor but the breakfast was really not up to standard. Not in the same league as the other four star hotels in town. Disappointing. Nice staff with very little to work with. Not a towel in sight in the pool area- have to bring from the room. Boot room big enough for 2 people with the smallest ski locker ever seen and a rule of no boots in the boot room! Serving spoons instead of dessert spoons faulty towers in many ways

Excellent location, short walk to Sunnega ski gondola and train station. Attentive staff. Lap pool, hot tub, sauna, spa. Breakfast included. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Zimmer alt aber in Ordnung, Pool und Whirlpool nicht sehr einladend und Whirlpool war immer von gleichen älteren Gästen über 1 Stunde besetzt. Service beim Frühstück sehr langsam und Buffet mit Angebot aus Gusseisen-Töpfen mit schweren Deckel total unpraktisch und nicht sehr gästefreundlich… Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher zu teuer!

Hotel Muito Bom, quarto e banheiro otimo e espaçoso. Hotel Bem Localizado e com um bom cafe da manha. Tem um bar agradavel

Eu e meu filho de 9 anos Fizemos uma viagem com a intenção de esquiar em zermatt por 6 dias. A cidade é incrível, sem carros, super tranquila e muito segura. O hotel nos recebeu muito bem, enviei um e-mail agendando o transfer da estação de trem, e deu super certo. O Davide falava português e me auxiliou em muita coisa, inclusive no contato com a Zermatters (escola de ski), também indicou a loja que o hotel tem parceria e desconto na locação dos equipamentos para hóspedes, indicou passeios, informou horários.. extremamente prestativo. Fez toda a diferença em nossa estadia em zermatt. Os restaurantes do hotel são muito bons, especialmente o prato pata negra. Café da manhã muito bom. Também havia um senhor que falava italiano, que trabalha nos restaurantes, muito atencioso e querido, nos chamava pelo nome. O hotel possui área reservada para guardar os equipamentos de ski, com armário, muito bem organizado. O hotel fica próximo a tudo, estações de trem, supermercado, loja de locação de equipamento, e estação de ski. Todos se esforçavam muito para ter a melhor comunicação/estadia. Não vemos a hora de voltar!!!
