기차역에서 수상보트를 타고 호텔 바로앞에서 내려 들어가는게 너무 인상적이었네요~ 체크인도 빠르고 깔끔했습니다

방도 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 다른 관광지 둘러보기에 위치도 좋고 조식도 맛있게 먹었네요 Room was really nice that had enough and clean space. Also loved nice breakfast.

Very comfortable and clean large room with everything I needed. Breakfast is nice but could be better if there were more kinds of bread and fruit. It is close to major tourist attraction, but it's a quiet and peaceful place. I highly recommend this hotel!

처음 호텔 찾기가 어려웠음. 작고 위험한 듯한 길로 호텔을 찾아 좀 위험하다는 느낌이 있었음. 길을 안내하는 상세 그림이 있으면 좋았을 듯,,, 전체적으로 깔끔하고 친철한 서비스 등 괜찮음..

룸이 크진 않지만 잘 정돈된 느낌에 리알토와 산 마르코 근방으로 지리적으로 좋습니다. 1층에 머물렀는데 뷰가 좋았습니다. 단 홀리데이라 세탁 서비스를 받지 못한점은 아쉽습니다.

전체적으로 가격에 비해서 만족스럽지는 않습니다 조식포함 28만원정도에 canal view 주니어 스위트에 숙박했습니다 주니어 스위트라고 하기엔 방이 좁고 화장실에는 욕조도 없었습니다 다시 방문하고 싶지는 않네요 위치는 리알토다리와 산마르코광장 중간지점으로 좋습니다 종합하면 피렌체에서 묵었던 17만원짜리 방보다도 못 했던 것 같습니다 하지만 베니스의 숙소들이 전체적으로 좀 낡았고 가격이 비싼 점은 고려해야 할 것 같습니다

좋은 위치. 친절한 서비스. 깨끗함.. 어디하나 나무랄 데가 없는 곳임.. 다음 베니스 여행에도 가고 싶어요..

Fantastic hotel in a good location with accommodating staff. Breakfast was excellent. They have their own pier onto which boat taxis can dock for easy access to the train station, etc

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a beautiful big bathroom. Excellent location, central but quiet. Good facilities with onsite bar, good breakfast selections and stunning private dock with outdoor space, I will be recommending and hope to return!

カナルビューの部屋を予約したが、イタリアの2階(日本の1階)の部屋で窓の前を人が通る部屋で窓を開けてカナルを観れるような部屋ではなかった。

Wonderful hotel - stylish and in a fabulous central location. Staff were attentive, room and bathroom luxurious and breakfast plentiful with hot and cold options. I would have given it 5/5 but whilst the sheets and bedding were lovely the bed was quite hard and in need of a mattress topper for a side sleeper like me.

The staff were absolutely delightful! Genuinely wonderful! We booked a Jr. Suite with Canal View and it is shockingly large and well-equipped. The beds are comfy, the hot water and towels are a-plenty, and the water pressure is also very good. We didnt eat at the hotel so I cannot speak to the breakfast or meals there. Highly recommend

Great hotel in a central location with very friendly staff. The room was good, with a double sink and a large walk in shower, which was a nice touch. When the safe stopped working, reception came up and fixed it straight away, which we really appreciated. The only downsides were that the room was quite warm and we couldn’t get the air con onto cool mode, although there were two windows we could open. We stayed in standard room 106 which wraps around the lift, so it was noisy (not sure who’s using the lift at 3am and if it’s staff they should take the stairs) I’d recommend upgrading the room if possible. Overall a good stay, but 4 stars due to the room temperature and lift noise
