기차역에서 수상보트를 타고 호텔 바로앞에서 내려 들어가는게 너무 인상적이었네요~ 체크인도 빠르고 깔끔했습니다

방도 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 다른 관광지 둘러보기에 위치도 좋고 조식도 맛있게 먹었네요 Room was really nice that had enough and clean space. Also loved nice breakfast.

Very comfortable and clean large room with everything I needed. Breakfast is nice but could be better if there were more kinds of bread and fruit. It is close to major tourist attraction, but it's a quiet and peaceful place. I highly recommend this hotel!

구글맵만있다면 찾기쉬워요~리알토다리나산마르코광장도가깝고. 조식도맛있었어요^^

처음 호텔 찾기가 어려웠음. 작고 위험한 듯한 길로 호텔을 찾아 좀 위험하다는 느낌이 있었음. 길을 안내하는 상세 그림이 있으면 좋았을 듯,,, 전체적으로 깔끔하고 친철한 서비스 등 괜찮음..

룸이 크진 않지만 잘 정돈된 느낌에 리알토와 산 마르코 근방으로 지리적으로 좋습니다. 1층에 머물렀는데 뷰가 좋았습니다. 단 홀리데이라 세탁 서비스를 받지 못한점은 아쉽습니다.

전체적으로 가격에 비해서 만족스럽지는 않습니다 조식포함 28만원정도에 canal view 주니어 스위트에 숙박했습니다 주니어 스위트라고 하기엔 방이 좁고 화장실에는 욕조도 없었습니다 다시 방문하고 싶지는 않네요 위치는 리알토다리와 산마르코광장 중간지점으로 좋습니다 종합하면 피렌체에서 묵었던 17만원짜리 방보다도 못 했던 것 같습니다 하지만 베니스의 숙소들이 전체적으로 좀 낡았고 가격이 비싼 점은 고려해야 할 것 같습니다

Amazing hotel! Location was unbeatable! Staff were extremely helpful, even before we got there. Room and bathroom were a great size with great amenities. Breakfast was wonderful. Also so fun being able to arrive by water taxi off of the canal. Would highly recommend!!

Very charming small hotel in the heart of Venice. Giancarlo at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful. It was a little difficult to find on foot but as a first time visitor to Venice once we figured out how to get around it was great 😃

We had a fantastic stay at the Aqua Palace Hotel in Venice. The staff went above and beyond — every interaction was warm and genuinely helpful, and they took real interest in making sure we made the most of our time in the city, offering great tips on sights and attractions we wouldn't have found on our own. And location was amazing and central to all the best sites, food, and monuments. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained throughout the stay. Any time we had a request, the staff turned it around quickly, which made everything feel effortless. Breakfast was good and covered the basics well, though the selection was a bit limited if you're looking for more variety. Overall, a great home base for exploring Venice, with a team that clearly cares about their guests. Highly recommended

Great service, room, and location!

The Aqua Palace exceeded our expectations on every level for our 2 night stay. The location was fantastic, the room was large/clean and the staff was exceptional! Lello in the bar was so friendly and looked after us very well. At the end of our day or before heading out to dinner his cocktails (and non-alcoholic cocktails for the kids) were great! He also gave us solid recommendations for dinner and events occurring in the evenings. This really was a great stay in Venice.

Hotel was beautiful and located right on the canal, very easy short walk to San Marco. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Gianluca or Giacomo.( sorry) at the front desk was so helpful translating, finding what we needed and assisting with our train reservations, water taxi. Thank you so much we had a perfect stay!!

The property is breathtaking. It is a very convenient location next to the bridge with a beautiful canal view. Very quiet and convenient location.

Fabulous hotel the location is perfect. Im very glad that I got the last room available for our trip! Giorgio was exceptional with helping me book the extras for room set up on the day of our arrival and guidance of all amenities for the hotel. Roberto was also excellent guiding us to our room. I didn't get the name of the lady serving coffee and clearing tables for breakfast but she was fantastic with keeping everything running smooth! Definitely a must book if your visiting, couldn't have found a better place in Venice!
