교통이 좋은 도심 한복판의 호텔로서 괜찮은 호텔이었음. 다만 숙박기간중, 엘리베이터가 고장이 나서 5층까지 걸어다닌 것을 제외하고는 별 문제가 없었음.

직원이 친절합니다. 위치가 좋고 시설도 훌륭합니다. 하지만 하얀색 수건에서 불쾌한 것을 발견했습니다. 나머지 이불과 침구와 기타 다른 시설은 매우 깨끗했습니다.

위치가 정말 좋습니다! 주요 관광지 어디든 가기 편해요~ 걸어서 오페라극장 메트로역까지 얼마 안걸리고, 근처에 마트와 한인식당 모두 도보로 왕래 가능합니다. 호텔 룸은 좀 많이 좁긴해요 ㅋㅋ 그래도 이건 어쩔 수 없고.. 매일 청소해주시는 분들이 정말 깨끗히 청소해주셔서 좋았습니다! 그리고 리셉션 직원분들도 친절해서 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다 :)

호텔직원들은 친절하나 이 호텔의 Duplex 는 엘리베이터가 없어 좁고 가파른 계단을 올라가야하기에 어린이나 어르신과 가는 가족 여행에는 비추 비추입니다. 저는 4일 예약했었으나 현지에 도착하자마자 방을 취소했지만 아직까지 환불을 못받고 있는 상태입니다. 저와 같은 피해를 받는 소비자가 없었으면 합니다. 호텔직원들은 매우 친절하나 꼭대기 6층 방인 Duplex는 가족용으로 절대 예약하면 안 됩니다.

일단 데스크가 친절했습니다. 장소도 오페라에서 가까워서 좋았고, 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았습니다. 적당한 크기였고, 깨끗했습니다.

생각보다 방과 화장실 크기가 컸습니다. 성인 2명과 7세어린이 1명이 사용하기에 나쁘지 않았습니다. 스텝들이 아주 친절했으며, 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 오페라 역에서 거리가 그리 가깝지는 않았으나, 걷기에는 많이 먼 거리는 아니였습니다.

Clean and tidy room, friendly staff, free fresh patisseries and coffee daily. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, would definitely book here again :)

Our stay at the Gramont was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for better. The hotel is very centrally located, close to big boulevards, monuments, department stores, and a short walk from metro stations. It is close to lots of busy restaurants and bars while at the same time being on a quiet and calm section of the street. It’s a lively neighborhood and still feels safe. If you’re a fan of Asian food, you will find many Japanese and Korean restaurants and snack bars, as well as more traditional French cuisine. For us the location was perfect. Our room was spotless, sheets and towels immaculate. We arrived too early to check in and the receptionist took care of our luggage while we started exploring the city. When we returned our bags were already in our room. We were delighted to find that our room had a small terrace overlooking the street and the Paris rooftops. We found the staff to be friendly, discreet and reliable. We had a small issue with the drain in the shower on the first day - it was fixed by the time we returned to the hotel. They gave us great recommendations for sightseeing and took care of reserving our taxi for the flight home. Wifi was reliable - we had no issues at all. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast but we started each morning with a complimentary cappuccino or espresso - there is a coffee machine in the lobby. The 2nd arrondissement was perfect for us first-time visitors to Paris. The hotel was perfect and helped make our stay magical. Thanks Gramont!

Chambre très propre, sanitaires très propres, literie très bonne et top emplacement, Au niveau du personnel c’est du 10/10. Si j’avais une remarque à faire, ils manque juste le sac pour le linge sale. C’est la seule remarque que je ferai tant cet hôtel est bien.

I’ve been to Paris a few times and this is best stay I’ve had. The lady who checked us in on the 9th at midday was amazing! Fab location, lovely rooms and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again when I come back.
