Very welcoming staff. Rooms basic but very comfortable. Very good 3 course dinner for 15 Euros. Good location for Sanctuary etc, if you use the local street lift. Have stayed here previously, will do so again.

Excellent hôtel, bonne situation, personnel très accueillant très bon petit déjeuner, quartier calme. Petite critique, chambre très petite. Je reviendrai.

L'accueil, le propriétaire et le jeune à la réception étaient très agréables. Le lieu est tout refait et très près des lieux de prière de Lourdes. Nous avons bénéficié d'un stationnement gratuit à proximité. Les repas étaient très bons et généreux. Plusieurs petites facettes (Linge lavé e et plié pour eurol.

This hotel is a great option if you want to visit the sanctuary of Lourdes. Very close and easy to walk to. The room was clean and comfortable. The girl at the reception was excellent, great customer service and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. They made us feel as home. 100 recommended. I would stay there again.

Dit hotel bewijst dat een wat oudere accomodatie wel degelijk uit kan blinken in netheid, gezelligheid en kwaliteit. Vriendelijke medewerkers, gezelligheid hoog in het vaandel, nette kamers met goede schone bedden. ruim voldoende linnengoed en dagelijkse schoonmaak van de kamer. Hier kennen de medewerkers je persoonlijk en voel je je als klant gewaardeerd.

The staff was helpful, hotel is in walking distance of the grotto of Lourdes. My room had a nice view of the area.

The shower holder was lose and wouldn't hold up. So had to use as handheld. The toilet door couldn't be locked from inside. Both the issue was reported to hotel staff but nothing was done. The room walls are very thin. Whenever a neighbouring room or directly upstairs room flushed or walked around, it could be heard in our room. Unfortunately we had a very noisy guest on top of our room and we really got disturbed and the thin wall did not help. Would have liked black tea option for breakfast.

Un encomio al personale e proprietario. Positivi disponibili e premurosi. Pulizia e ordine regnano. Ho cenato anche, molto bene in qualità e quantita, a un costo d'altri tempi. Garage gratis per la mia moto e struttura a 2 passi dal centro pur in zona tranquilla. Meritano ampiamente i miei complimenti e le 5 stelle. Grazie

Posizione centrale, a 50 metri dall'ascensore comunale che ti porta sul ponte, nei pressi del santuario e della Grotta. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Noi abbiamo scelto formula con colazione e cena. Consiglio

Personale molto cortese, possibilità di garage a prezzo ragionevole, colazione nella media, possibilità di cenare con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, il santuario si raggiunge agevolmente grazie a un ascensore nelle vicinanze. Unica pecca stanza molto piccola per essere una doppia.

Siamo stati veramente bene nell nell'hotel Atrium. Il gestore e tutto il personsle molto gentili. Buona colazione. Ci torneremo con molto piacere e lo consigliamo.

Hôtel facile à trouver, proche du sanctuaire, parking public à proximité. Non conseillé pour les PMR. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Accueil très sympa, idem tout au long de la journée, et au petit-déjeuner également. Il est possible de dîner sur réservation. Chambre confortable avec climatisation même si elle est bruyante. salle de bain pas toute jeune mais qui fonctionne et qui est propre. Quelques mauvaises odeurs des tuyaux dans la salle de bain, ça se répand dans la chambre si on laisse la porte ouverte mais pour un court séjour ce n'est pas grave. On conseille et on y retournera
