Everything was great until the checkout. Check in was very quick and easy. The apartment was small but quite new. Very clean and modern. Very easy access to free trams. The water views were great. Checkout was the only terrible experience. We requested a slightly late checkout at 11am, they approved it when we requested it during checkin. But when we came in to give the keys back, this lady first response was you are late. We tried to explain we got a late checkout, but the insisted it was not on the record and need to check. She then went on that even at 11am we were late. We were probably only 1 or 2 mins over 11am. Overall great stay, just make sure you don't get a rude staff to greet you.
