Even though I finished the payment through Hotels.com, the people in the reception asked me pay again. I explained but they answered like "We don't see the confirmation on our computer, this means you didn't pay." . They were so strong. I thought I made a mistake while I was booking. So I paid again. But after the manager came out and told me I already paid through the internet and I would have a refund. And I got the refund immediately. The problem is, during my business trip I couldn't use my limited company card after, to be confirmed and canceled the payment fully, it will take at least 2 weeks after refund. It was around 600 EUR, not small. They didn't say even "sorry" to me. Very annoying at the very last day.

Clean room and bathroom. Restaurant closed on Friday night as it’s classed as the weekend, you need a car to find somewhere to eat. Bed quite hard, so for me quite uncomfortable. Noisy doors, usually don’t hear the doors in an Ibis, but heard all the doors closing along corridor, made for a disturbed stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The area doesn't have any public transport, but I was meeting friends who live nearby and have a car so that wasn't an issue for me. The on-site restaurant was closed over the weekend, which was unexpected and I would have like to have been informed about this before booking, but it was easy enough to order food on Uber Eats. So if was fine.

Bon accueil, explications claires, piscine appréciée. Excellente literie. Chambre spacieuse. Aucune comparaison avec l'Ibis de Moulin, classé au même niveau.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel sympathique. Il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception, ce qui est pratique et rassurant. La chambre etait confortable et climatisée. Nous avons bien dormi au calme. La voiture garée sur le parking. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, avec du choix pour tous les goûts. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
