객실도 깨끗하고 직원도 친절하고 위치도 좋고

직원분들 친절하시고, 청결해요. 혼자 묵기는 좋았는데 둘이 묵기에는 조금 작을듯 해요. 무엇보다 전자레인지 있는게 좋았어요!!

후기가 너무 없어서 걱정했는데, 진짜 최고의 숙소였어요. 신혼여행으로 갔던 여행에서 최고의 서비스를 경험했고, 영국 곳곳에서 머물렀던 곳들 중에서도 가장 컨셉추얼해서 기억에 강렬하게 남네요. 워낙 리버풀 시내 곳곳에 있는 맛집들과 파트너십도 많이 맺어 있어서, 할인된 가격에 좋은 브런치와 저녁식사 등을 먹을 수 있었어요. 리버풀에서의 최고의 경험을 선사해주어서 고맙습니다.

위치. 룸컨디션.가성비.스탭들의 친절함 모두 만족했어요. 쇼핑거리.먹자거리.알버트독.매튜스트릿 등 리버풀 명소들 모두 호텔에서 걸어다닐수있는거리예요. 기차역에서도캐리어끌고 10~15분이면 도착하구요. 너무 만족해서 리버풀 방문땐 무조건 다시 묵을래요~

Excellent place spotless and staff were excellent. Really comfortable bed. Room a bit small but well designed. Loved the small kitchen. Only slight gripe I couldn't get a late check out as the place was fully booked the next night. Right in the heart of Liverpool.

Hotel is centrally located near many bars and restaurants but inside is quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with a mini kitchen area with microwave, fridge and kettle. Huge tv in the room. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.

Sentral beliggenhet, men Seel street klubbene holder det gående til langt utpå morgenkvisten. Så om man er følsom for techno musikk så kan det være lurt å bo et annet sted.

Excellente situation mais bruyant la nuit (proche de concert square donc selon l’orientation de votre chambre ça peut être un sujet) Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Très propre et correctement équipé. À Savoir pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais une kitchenette dans la chambre qui s’avère pratique.

Henry was great checking us in. Room was great. Spacious enough with sink, fridge and coffee making. Bathroom good and nice molton brown toiletries, good shower. Good WiFi and would definitely recommend. Nice welcoming staff.

Very central with lots of entertainment options. The room was very quiet at night despite being close to all the pubs and street noise.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Feels safe with security checking to ensure it is guest coming in late night. Convenient location that is close a close walking distance to major restaurants, stations and popular attractions.

Room was either too cold or too warm but the bed was comfortable, shower was good, towels were soft and there was very little noise. The bonus was having a small fridge, kettle and sink. Room 226 on 2nd floor. Looks over the back and a staircase on one side. Overheard someone in a front facing room mention the street noise and early morning bin collection.

The hotel was pleasant enough and I liked the fact that the building had character i.e. beams and roof trusses etc. The staff were polite and helpful. My only gripe was that there was no water or mini bar in the room. When I arrived, I’d been travelling all day and was thirsty. I was disappointed when I discovered there was no bottled water in the room. This is something I’ve come to expect from hotels as I’ve this in most hotels I’ve stayed in.

Stayed in this Resident Hotel several times and the reason is Location and and value for money. Nice and clean and great rooms.

Air conditiong was good. There was noise from the bars and clubs nearby as well as noisy people in the room beside us who made noise all night. The hotel wanted £20 for an hour later check out time.
