객실도 깨끗하고 직원도 친절하고 위치도 좋고

직원분들 친절하시고, 청결해요. 혼자 묵기는 좋았는데 둘이 묵기에는 조금 작을듯 해요. 무엇보다 전자레인지 있는게 좋았어요!!

후기가 너무 없어서 걱정했는데, 진짜 최고의 숙소였어요. 신혼여행으로 갔던 여행에서 최고의 서비스를 경험했고, 영국 곳곳에서 머물렀던 곳들 중에서도 가장 컨셉추얼해서 기억에 강렬하게 남네요. 워낙 리버풀 시내 곳곳에 있는 맛집들과 파트너십도 많이 맺어 있어서, 할인된 가격에 좋은 브런치와 저녁식사 등을 먹을 수 있었어요. 리버풀에서의 최고의 경험을 선사해주어서 고맙습니다.

위치. 룸컨디션.가성비.스탭들의 친절함 모두 만족했어요. 쇼핑거리.먹자거리.알버트독.매튜스트릿 등 리버풀 명소들 모두 호텔에서 걸어다닐수있는거리예요. 기차역에서도캐리어끌고 10~15분이면 도착하구요. 너무 만족해서 리버풀 방문땐 무조건 다시 묵을래요~

High recommended! Staffs were really nice and room was really clean

A great stay at The Resident Liverpool. Fantastic location, just a short walk from Ropewalks, with a Wetherspoons and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Despite being so central, it was lovely and quiet at night, and we slept really well. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a coffee machine, mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was also a great size. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

The area for making drinks and washing up and using microwave was quite cramped. The microwave and glasses and plates were too high up.

Really nice stay and staff were super helpful. There was a microwave and fridge as well as a sink in the bedroom so handy to have for kettle etc.

An amazing value room. Great, quick check-in. Huge room on 4th floor, with King Size Bed. Bathroom with Molton Brow toiletries. Perfectly located. Very clean.

We had a lovely stay. Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the aircon wasn’t great but we were supplied a fan instead. Definitely go back!

The air conditioning in my room was faulty but the very helpful member of staff moved me to another floor which was perfect

Lovely room, solid air conditioning in the heat. No noise from the busy street outside. No complaints!

Great Hotel with great staff.

The location was good, walking distance to restaurants, pub, shops and near the Albert dock. I also appreciated the handwritten note from the staff. I find this very warm and welcoming. I just hope they have parking but they were helpful in terms of guiding us where to park. The discount code was also good.

This hotel was recommended by a friend & it did not disappoint. Fantastic locations, bars, restaurants & shops all within walking distance. All amenities in the room were excellent. Especially loved the hidden mini kitchen in the wardrobe! Would def book again
