Awesome stay Excelsior Belvedere! The service is amazing from the second you arrive! Clean, beautiful, and you are treated with such kindness! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay again if we have the opportunity!!!

Classically beautiful hotel with gorgeous gardens, pool area, and beach with bistro. Service was fantastic and it was the perfect place to stay while relaxing on and exploring Ischia.

We had our honeymoon at the Excelsior Belvedere in May 2022 and had the BEST time. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was perfect from booking to check out. Without question, the best staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every single person went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. All had perfect English & were friendly and knowledgeable. Brilliant location. On a very nice, quiet street, just a stones throw from the main local strip of restaurants & shops. It felt very secluded, peaceful, and exclusive. Really nice & quiet at night. The hotel & our room were both spacious and spotlessly clean. It's an historic building with lots of charm and interest. We could've spent our whole trip just relaxing in the hotel & been happy! Daily turndown service was appreciated with chocolates and water. The pool & spa areas are what holidays are made for. Easy access to the private beach too. Breakfast was very civilised & excellent quality. Beautiful service and lots of fresh food. Freshly squeezed orange juice. All served on the balcony overlooking the pool. We shall return one day and would recommend to all - the perfect hotel. Truly 5 star.

Beautiful hotel, lovely gardens and private beach club part of the hotel and immediately adjacent. Lovely room, five star service but discrete. Fabulous staff and management. Good bar area and terraces including pool restaurant and beach restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Close to restaurants at both ends of town. Drinks all reasonably priced. This is a quiet stylish low key jewel.

Amazing stay with my wife who was pregnant. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodated everything we needed and more (they even went out of their way to get a Special pregnancy pillow). Rooms were high standard and perfectly clean. The sea view was stunning and we preferred to take breakfast on our own terrace every day which was easier than a socially distanced buffet breakfast. All measures were taken to ensure our stay was safe but also extremely comfortable.

Wonderful stay in a fantastic hotel with high level of professionalism and care from first class staff.

What can I say about this hotel? Everyone was so helpful & no query/ request was too much trouble. The manager in particular went out of his way to look after guests & would give recommendations and hints & tips. I wish we could have stayed longer (& had less stormy weather!) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. & the kitchen staff also made special efforts to accommodate a special diet. (Just let them know beforehand!) This is definitely a more ‘traditional’ hotel but is so welcoming, I would stay again and again.

The hotel is wonderful. Cozy clean rooms, friendly staff. Amazing area, very pleasant beach. The food is delicious. Breakfast isn 't super plentiful, but it 's what it takes. Bread is above all praise. The quality of the dishes is very high.

The amazing location, the Spa with thermal waters, the hospitality of the staff just to name a few. Absolutely amazing the staff! They anticipated everything and were so attentive to details! I am in love with this place!

何かの問題で写真がアップロードできないのが残念ですが、とてもステキなホテルでした。 特に人が素晴らしかったです。レセプションのアレッサンドロは施設を一緒に歩いて回って説明してくれたり、外出から帰ってくると必ずコミュニケーションしてくれて、おもてなしとはこうあるべきだと感銘しました。 食事、特にドルチェはたまらなく美味しいです。絶対に召し上がるべきです。ビーチサイドのカフェレストランでも、質の良い食事が素晴らしい景観の中でいただけます。カメリエーレたちもとても親切で丁寧かつフレンドリーに接してくれます。 ビーチはポルトでは貴重ですが、プライベートビーチもあり、デッキからお城もよく見えて最高の環境です。庭には心地よい風を感じるガゼボや見るだけでも気持ち良いハンモックなど、リラックスするのに十分な環境です。もちろん、イスキアですから、プールは温泉水です。内風呂、ではなくインドアプールというべきですね、夕方以降のお楽しみに、お勧めです。 ヴィアローマのウインドーショッピングは夕食後の楽しみですが、ポルトまで夕涼み兼ねてのそぞろ歩きもロケーションがベスト！ とにかく、時を忘れてリラックスできました。いつもはカプリ島に遠出したりするのですが、このホテルからは一歩も出たくありませんでした。 また次も伺います！

Words cannot describe how good this hotel is and the level of customer service, we were treated like royalty from start to finish. Excellent and we will be back.

Fabulous, friendly hotel. Great to find somewhere super comfortable and not at all stuffy. Beautiful gardens (including two relaxing hammocks), excellent spa, good walking trails with extraordinary views to Capri and the other islands. Breakfast in the sunshine on the hotel terrace - there's even a special table of breakfast cakes! Our room was light and spacious and the service throughout impeccable. Thanks to the team who made our stay so memorable. Journey from Naples to Ischia a doddle (organised by hotel reception). Highly recommended.

Great location, warm thermals and very welcoming staff, with an extended check-out to set us up for perfect timing on the ferry back to Naples.

Great location and facilties near everything shops and restaurants
