다른 대도시의 NH호텔과 비교했을때 수준이 떨어지긴 하지만 아랑후에즈에서는 최고의 호텔임. 카운터 직원의 영어구사 능력이 좀 떨어지고 방도 추웠음. 그러나 아랑후에즈 궁을 바라보는 뷰는 최고임.

Always great to stay here

Lack of intrusion and fully supportive. As an adult should, I like to keep my own room tidy and the staff fully accommodated this. I spent too long at breakfast as the food and presentation reflected more than just 4 stars. It was an amazing feeling just walking out to the Palace Square in front of the hotel. Try the Fuela cafe just around the corner.

Lovely bed and pillows but air conditioning didn’t work so too warm to sleep well. Didn’t have breakfast at hotel. Parked in street at back of hotel to avoid garage prices. Great location. Aranjuez needs a good clean up!

Es un excelente hotel, con una ubicacion inmejorable, frente al palacio de Aranjuez, con habitaciones amplias y comodas.

Beautiful location across Aranjuez Palace. Quiet and great breakfast with natural vegetables from Aranjuez huerta.

The hotel couldn’t be on a better location right in front of the Royal Palace. The rooms are big and very clean. We went with out dog and not only he was welcome, it felt truly pet friendly. They brought a bed and bowls for him and they even accommodated a table on the side so we could have breakfast (which was also great with so many options) with our dog on an area where he was allowed. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely experience.

Beautiful upgrade to a lovely suite. Rooms are clean, well appointed and the staff are exceptional.

Hotels.com charged us for breakfast when it was included in our rooms. Also, breakfast was not that great: coffee was passable, churros were dry, and there was not much fruit selection. For the price we were charged I would've expected better. I guess we paid for the location.
