a little hot at night, cause there is no aircon. in the room

조용하고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 특히 이불이 따뜻해서 숙면했구요. 따로 소파가 있어 쉬기도 편하고. 아주 만족스런 숙소였습니다. 캠퍼스안에 있어 단풍구경은 덤이었습니다. 주차 걱정없이 차 세워놓고 올드 퀘벡까지 버스로 편안하게 구경다녀오기 좋은곳입니다

기숙사를 이용하는것이라 노트북사용에는 좋습니다. 출장시 사무용으로 좋고 다운타운에서 그리멀리 떨어져 있지 않음. 렌트카를 이용하는사람에겐 주차장이 확보되어 좋음. 그러나, 호텔의 일부 객실은 공동샤워실일 공동화장실을 이용하여야하여 매우 불편하며, 냉장고가 비치되어 있지 않음. 청소상태도 그리 깨끗하지는 않음. 그러나 가격이 워낙싸서....가족여행이 아니라면.

C'est un logement propre. Par contre, les employés ne donnent pas toutes les informations notamment les coupons de réduction pour le parking. Parce que l'information sur le parking payant ne m'a pas été donnée, je me suis retrouvé avec un constat d'infraction de $93. J'ai écris au responsable des résidences de l'université Laval sans aucune réponse. Assez décevant pour une institution qui loue des chambres d'hôtel sans former le personnel à la qualité de services due aux clients.

The facility did not provide what was publicized (served breakfast), and then the staff confirmed the kitchen was available; however, no cooking utensils and dishes are provided. As for parking, the staff provided useless information on payment and direction on how to get to appropriate accommodation building. Also, no check out instructions were provided. As for the room, there is no ventilation and AC. The bed is super soft as it is a folding cot. The single male shared bathrooms for the entire floor was located almost 50m away.

La machine à café contenait un restant de liquide d'un invité précédent. La télé n'avait malheureusement que 7 canaux, contrairement à la chambre de la semaine précédente qui avait un nombre impressionnant de canaux disponibles.

La chambre a atteint les attentes. Propre et confortable. L’attente pour faire l’enregistrement a été très long. 25min au téléphone à attendre d’avoir la ligne pour pouvoir accéder au bâtiment pour ensuite se rendre au comptoir d’accueil. Je vais y retourner quand même étant donné le bon rapport qualité-prix, mais j’espère que l’accueil sera plus efficace la prochaine fois.

Poor communication and management. I was given a parking discount code, but it doesn't work on the app and the QR code. The lady at the front desk doesn't know what to do, and I called the app's customer service, they also don't know. So I had to pay the full price. The second day, another person at the front desk told me that I need to pay at the machine, but there's no machine at the parking lot. The machine is actually at International Center, which is a different building. Took me at least 3 trips to the front desk to sort this out. Oh, and the front desk is also in a different building. The room is clean, but small and a bit cold. The portable heater in the room is broken. Called room service, she asked me to drive to front desk to get another one. When I got there, the front desk is already closed. The next day, front desk told me that room service will handle this. Oh well... Will NOT stay here again.

Room was good, just very small bathroom and uncomfortable shower that had green shower tip. The rest room seemed clean and warm. Staff was fine, we were glad they worked till 11 pm. They spoke both French and English which is a big thing for Quebec City. We had issues with the cards accessing the campus area as the front desk person didn’t set fully up and we almost spent Christmas Eve on the streets, but likely we got helped by students staying on campus ( huge thanks!). It’s a decent place to stay a night or two, we stayed four. Transportation around was decent and you could use the tunnels to reach to the bus stop, we just didn’t know how so walked. Safe area and quite around. It was only loud in the room at nights when someone talked loudly on the phone at 2 am. In general good for a short stay!

C'était tellement froid. Qqun est venu voir le premier soir, à confirmer qu'il fedait froid, nous as dit je vous reviens, on est parti 2 jours plus tard sans aucune nouvelle. C'est vraiment platte parce que sinon c'est un excellent endroit.

Check-in was terrible - very confusing, and the receptionist had poor English (not her fault in a predominantly French province, but surprising given that a lot of guests will not speak French). We were told we had to pay extra for a parking permit, and were sent on a wild goose chase around the huge campus to pay for and get a permit. The building we were sent to was completely wrong and no-one knew anything - so we gave up and went into the city for sightseeing given our limited time. We came back that evening to sort out parking - a different lady at reception with better English told us we had to scan a QR code in the parking lot where we were staying (about 1km from reception) and download an app and pay for parking on the app (very different instructions to what we were told before). She said it would cost $5 and we were given an 8-character discount code to qualify for 50% discount. We drove to our accommodation building/parking lot, downloaded the app - the parking cost was $17.50 and the discount code invalid - it needed to be 6 characters. It was too late (reception closed at 9pm) and we didn't want to risk having our car impounded by the company that patrols the car park, so we had little choice but to pay $17.50. We had no energy to go to reception the next day and try to explain what happened and fight for a refund. Very poor service. Other than that, the room was great. If you're fluent in French, this is a great place to stay.

La estancia fue cómoda sólo me perdí buscando los lugares y para el checkout no me atendieron al teléfono por lo demás excelente.

It was a great stay for the price.

Il y a plusieurs bâtiments où il y a des chambres donc on dois se promener dun bord à lautre avec nos affaire et c'est déplaisant

Très grande chambre, propre et tranquille. Accès facile en bus du campus au centre-ville (environ 15 minutes).
