Booking couldnt be found on arrival. Rooms were very hot and stuffy, fan didnt really make much difference. Windows were really dirty an looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while. We were woke up after midnight by the fire alarm sounding and then by screaming children at 830am which was less than ideal then 9am the gardener started cutting the grass. No relaxing lie in to be had. Breakfast was a long queue at the buffet as there was only 1 chef on serving. Dinner was beautiful in the bar

Excellent hotel, lovely clean family room with baby cot set up upon request. All staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the domestic assistants. Pool facilities were fantastic for both adults and children. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking right around the hotel. The room was clean and tidy and there wasn’t too much noise coming from the roads which run right past.

The hotel rooms were very outdated and warm - no air conditioning- our room was 27 degrees Celsius! The hotel was quiet- breakfast was wonderful!!

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was great. Pool/hot tub looked nice enough but was a little underwhelming. Hot tub was a bit small and crowded and the requirement for a swim cap to use the pool was unexpected. Swim caps were available for purchase but if they're required I rhink that they should be complimentary. Overall I would say that it was excellent!

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Wasn't perfectly clean, pink bacteria in the shower, hairs in the bathroom that kind of thing. Also the swimming pool and changing room area are not clean, I tried the evening and first thing in the morning, was a bit better in the morning but needs a deep clean. Black mold and the like. Food was pretty good and nice vibe in the bar, lots of staff there too which is good as it's busy. A couple the bar staff where very miserable and unpleasant though. Breakfast was fairly good lots of options, big hotel so it is busy. Overall it's expensive for what you get.

Was given room 140 the bad point about this room is that the access door to this area is right outside room door and it slams shut when used . other downside is that the local donkey likes to give an alarm call about 05.00.Rooms clean / only used dining in for breakfast and is very good

A bit run down but was clean. No air conditioning and the heat was on high when we arrived. I stayed hot all night. The room was difficult to get to because it was up and down stairs.

The bedroom was perfectly adequate and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. A perfect overnight stay with the grandkids

Great food in bar. Very quick Great service also and friendly staff. Front of house great also. My room had a mini fridge and coffee machine. And a bath. All great Only one thing not so good was, although I didn't have the heater on, it was still a bit warm in room. Could be a good thing for some people. A busy road outside but with windows closed its fine. Needs some USB ports in rooms. Free close parking. There was a fan in room also with Iron and iron board. WIFI was great also. 2 min. walk to garage Didn't have breakfast so can not comment. All in all great.

Yes very Clean rooms and the staffs were amazing, especially in the bar and restaurant.

We couldn't get the coffee machine to work in our room and a member of staff came within a couple of minutes and sorted it for us. The room was spotless and lovely and warm. We were able to adjust the temperature easily. Both the room and bathroom were very roomy. Plenty of tea and coffee available and the bed was really comfortable with fantastic pillows
