Lovely hotel ideal for Newcastle and Metrocentre. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent and good value

We enjoyed our stay. The room was good Parking was limited but there was pay andndisplay.parking across the road.

There was a lot of dirt behind the bed and the extra blanket in cupboard was dirty including the bag it was kept in however I have stayed here twice and wouldn't stop me staying again thanks for service

Great location. Room quite basic, the four pillows were as comfy as bags of cement, not good.

Excellent stay overall, dining in the bistro on the night we arrived, the menu was well priced with good quality options available. Our room was clean and tidy and stocked with the usual convenience items. Would definitely recommend the Hotel.

Clean enough but very dated

We were very impressed with this hotel. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and we were fortunate to have a lovely view of Newcastle.from our window. Our incuded breakfast was served in a magnificent reception room and was very 'a la carte' and delicious. Thank you. The front reception were friendly and offered us the service staff elevator to our floor as we were travelling with heavy suitcases. There are no lifts at this hotel.

Clean & spacious room. Pleasant, helpful staff. Convenient local shops for food.

Staff are very welcoming and the room was lovely, a bit out dated reference shower tap could use a change and shower head was loose but small things didnt take away from a lovely stay

Friendly staff and lovely hotel

There was alot of noise from other guests, slamming doors and talking loudly into the early hours of the morning. Also the room was very warm, so had to keep the window open, outside was also very loud. In terms of cleaniness, when I shut the curtains, a residue was left on my fingers and I had to wash my hands.

Really nice stay in a Junior Suite. Shame it was only for one night. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and efficient. Only downside was the bed was too soft, and the curtains were a poor fit for the window.
