Super nice and attentive staff - one of my best trips ever.

Siempre es una excelente experiencia hospedarse en el Ilum Hotel. La atención es impecable, las instalaciones cómodas y muy bien mantenidas, está muy bien ubicado. Es la 5ta vez que me hospedo allí en los últimos 4 años y siempre resulta muy bien.

Loved the front desk team and the recommendations for dinner and shopping. Great location to all the neighborhoods, walkable and quieter than others. Especially great of traveling with 3 adults. We were able to request 3 beds. Highly recommend!!

El hotel queda en Palermo y está en el centro de infinidad de restaurantes y bares. Barrio seguro y con mucha vida. El personal del hotel muy profesional y siempre amables. El desayuno muy bueno pero deberian variar un poco pues estuvimos 7 dias y ofrecieron lo mismo. Leandro en recepción muy atento! Vovleria de nuevo.

Staff prestativa, quarto confortável.

I loved having a face cloth . Honestly all hotels that use liquid soap should have face cloths . Frustrations were always having issues trying to shut the lights / fans off / on : the switches are just 😞. However the bottles of wine left made up for that . Thank you

The property is located in a very good area in Palermo near Palermo Soho with many walkable amenities such as restaurants and bars. Overall, the property was in good condition, but there is room for improvement. The property does not have a restaurant, so the breakfast is average and do not try the room service. Cleanliness is inconsistent, as it depends on who is cleaning the room. Wi-Fi in the room is not reliable, so for working, this hotel does not work. Overall, it is a good stay for a short trip - it offers the basic needs, but is not outstanding.

Hotel maravilhoso! Limpeza impecável, atendimento, conforto no quarto e áreas comuns. O café da manhã maravilhoso, com variedade e a reposição da mesa do café era imediato. Tudo saboroso. Voltaria com certeza e super indico!!!

El hotel es super cómodo y ofrece lo que puedes necesitar para una buena estadía en Buenos Aires. Gonzalo y Denisse estuvieron siempre pendientes de que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor. Incluso si se presenta algún inconveniente ellos hacen lo mejor para solucionarlo y hacerte sentir en casa. Disfrutamos mucho de los tours recomendados por el hotel y del Show de Tango La Ventana. Nos vamos enamoradas de Argentina 💙

El lugar y el servicio es magnífico, muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones agradables. Gustavo y Denisse estuvieron siempre pendientes de que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor, incluso si un inconveniente se presenta ellos están siempre proactivos a solucionarlo. La comida muy rica en el hotel y el tango show en la ventana que reservamos a través del hotel fue espectacular!

Ilum Experience Home was wonderful. Super clean, very inviting, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is also outstanding.

Illum is a fantastic hotel- the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Gave us tips and advice. The hotel breakfast was great- fresh fruit, nuts and homemade baked goods. We really enjoyed our stay. 10/10

Localização perfeita, perto de todos os melhores bares. Fica no melhor bairro da cidade. Alimentação com várias opções e atendimento excelente. Atendentes sensacionais, educados e prontos para lhe ajudar. Limpeza sempre perfeito.
