Ac was good.I was not comfortable with the security of the parking though my car was in front of our room we would check occasionally to see if it was secured.The room was average.

Clerk was very nice on arrival at check in. Front area was clean . Our room was outside to right we parked in front of our room. The parking area was okay. Outside area kept clean Room was clean. No small coffee machine or cups . However clerk did have a kettle I could borrow so I could make my own tea that night and in the morning. (We bring our own Tea, travel mugs, sugar and sweetener.) Air conditioning worked well to cool room on entering it was warm hot day. We arrived late after 7pm we found sheets and towels were damp. Was No plug for bathtub. I like to soak in the tub. (I used facecloth and my heal to keep water from emptying. ) I Went inside the morning we were leaving for a cup of ice to put in my travel mug. Clerk was pleasant gave me good instructions to the ice machine. When I opened the steel door to hallway where the inside rooms were. Very musty in the hallway all I could smell was cigarette smoke. If we were given an inside room we would have refused to stay in one. As my husband has allergies to smoke and we both are not smokers and do not like the smell.

Needs some serious renovations.

Good option for a handy stay if you need just a night for continue your trip, becuase it is localed on side the road

Weathered , dated a bed for the night. Nothing flashy. Definitely needs an update and a cleaning. Staff were ok not friendly at all. Did there job and that’s it. Could be worse.

I woke up just before midnight and found multiple bedbugs in my bed. I told the front desk and told them I was leaving and would like my money back. The staff was understanding and said I would have to cancel through whoever I booked through. When I called to get my money back and told them what happened, they said the hotel staff were telling them that there were no bedbugs in the room. Ridiculously unprofessional behavior from the staff

i needed to go and get air freshener as room smelled or smoke I think it ingrained into all the walls and flooring.

We stayed here for one night while traveling from New Brunswick. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, the property itself was disappointing. The bathroom door was broken, the air conditioner was very noisy, and the vending machines were not working. Considering the condition of the hotel and the amenities provided, we also felt that the price was too high. Overall, the staff was great, but the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance and value for money.

Recently renovated room and clean. The exterior property needs some tender loving care as does the lobby.

The exterior of the property leaves much to be desired. Parking lot desperately needs repaving. Interior hallways smell musty and stale cigarettes. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we couldnt unlock our door from the exterior. Room was clean and simple. Curtains do not block out enough light due to big spotlight at next lot - bring a sleep mask or ask to stay on north side. Excellent dining close by.

Very old, dirty and run down. It’s sketchy like something out of a true crime documentary. If you have a car, sleeping there is a better option. This is a very last resort kind of place. Also it’s beside a nightclub and across from a strip club so be prepared for a lot of cash paying customers and everything that comes with that staying there.

Do not stay here unless it’s a last resort. It looks nothing like the photos. Hotel is very dated, rooms have physical keys (no key cards), the property is very run down, our sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty, the smell of something rotting mixed with cigarettes hits you as soon as you walk in. We were also met with some very sketchy characters… including one women standing outside in her underwear. It’s also located next to a club and right across a strip club. If other hotels weren’t sold out we would not have stayed the night.

Had someone try to come into the room through the door that's in the room while I had a friend over, and the carpet wasn't vacuumed, but overall was a good stay

Room appears to have been recently renovated, king bed was very comfortable, bath tub with shower had high sides with no hand rails and bottom was very slippery, we were Seniors and had to help each other in and out. Bedding and towels felt quite damp as if they had not been fully dried before the bed was made. The exterior of the unit's need repairs, the parking lot was full of pot holes and broken pavement. No coffee maker in the room nor available in the lobby. The attached restaurant was not open and looked like it has been closed for some time. The reception desk area could use some fresh paint, the area faded map between the entrance doors needs to be replaced, to make it appear more inviting.
