객실에서 페인트 냄새가 남 침대위 조명 스위치 작동 안해서 잠자려면 전체 전원내리고 잠

피닉스시티 마켓이 근처에 있어 식사 해결이 용이하고 공항과 가까운 장점이 있다. 이번 숙박에서는 침대에서 스프링 소리가 나서 좀 거슬렸다.

I really like the way of employee's attitude, and i had free breakfast & dinner. Quality of food was too good. satisfying with over all. Hyatt regency is center of city but also was quiet in environment! Recommend this hotel. ☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent hotel. We missed our flight and had to stay another night but we thought it was actually better than staying at other hotel. We stayed Hyatt Gurugaon

The residences are large units suitable for long stays. Having kitchen and laundry in the unit made it very convenient. Staff was very helpful in arranging airport drop off and pharmacy delivery.

Restaurant service is slow and a lot of the staff while being polite are inexprienced. Health faucet on the wrong side so difficult to use. But can be fixed by using flexible cord instead of the existing rigid one All cutlery in restaurant should be from the same family. I found knives were large and heavy, tablespoons were almost like soup spoons and the forks were short in length and lightweight. That's sloppy for a 5 star hotel
