Hospitality from concierge as well as good impression by hotel manager when check-in including upto room service explaination

The room was not maintained properly. The bathroom ventilation did not work at all, and we claimed. The hotel told me to fix it within a few minutes, but finally the hotel decided to change the room in 2 hours. We stayed nervous without taking rest for two hours. The room they changed was worse room, but better ventilation. The room keys were not working, after I asked the late check-out. The hotel reception staffs insisted that the keys working. The house keeping did not clean the room; leaving the hairs left around the room. The hotel had many functions and kept noisy till late evening. Our stay there had been a kind of nightmare. When you go there on vacation with family, it is the number one place you have to avoid.

Booked and paid for a twin bed room and got something else

Clean rooms, onsite check-in was smooth and fast. Staff unable to advise if Sauna and Steam facilities were free or a fee needed to be paid. Evening Buffet had a good selection of local cuisine, unfortunately the breakfast was cold. I had sausage bacon and been and toast, when it was brought to the attention of staff, the provided hot beans in a small bowl, by which time the rest had gone cold. In the end i just had coffee and toast, this was at he start fo the breakfast buffet times (0630)

Overall, I had a positive stay. While the hotel may not be as top-notch as some of the major chains, it functions well. Despite the room high rates, it’s clear that some cost-saving measures are in place, for example, the juice served at breakfast was watered down and definitely not freshly made. The rooms are moderately sized rather than spacious, but housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy.

The staff was very warm and welcoming and accomodated our requests. Breakfast was top notch. Akib served us and really appreciate the service.

We requested a room with 2 beds and got a room with only one bed which was a disaster. A request was made to check the reservation and provide the room as per the booking. The reservation clerk did not follow up on the request. Instead we were asked if he could charge extra for incidental charges. The room was much smaller too and not as per the reservation made. We got only one room key at the check in counter which was an inconvenience. The room key also provided access to the elevators and even when one of us had to use the lobby or the dining area, we both had to get out of the room.As we had only one key it could either provide power to the room or can be used to access the elevators. We will never stay here again.

I didn’t explore much other than in a vehicle but I found the place very convenient for everything

Good hotel

So far the best 5 star hotels we have ever stayed in. Every single staff member was so welcoming and accommodating to any requests. The best part was there was complimentary kids menu which made our mind into ease. The dinner and breakfast buffet was just superb. Can’t wait to come back for our next stay. I can’t think of any flaws because they exceeded all our expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
