The hotel staffs weren't helpful. We have to look another hotel in the night. The room only have a showcase not a cold case and they aren't allowed us to leave our stuff in their freezer. The staff also not well prepare to give us the wifi activation even we have checked-in in the room we have to wait the wifi activation. Also they don't have wifi in public room so we have to enter our room to use the wifi. Bad.
