Food was great. Staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

Check in & check out easy & fast. Breakfast is plentiful & worth the price. Staff friendly & helpful. Building is showing its age. Could use cosmetic improvement. Room bathrooms show signs of damage & lack of maintenance. No heating controls in room (only option is to open window) Choice in restaurant / bar area is limited, with no change in menu or specials offered. Overall the staff & breakfast make the stay worthwhile.

Clean, friendly staff, great menu

The room was very nice, but too warm (on a cold evening). I kept the window open all night. It had a bathtub but we need a shower for safety reasons. Dinner was good, and the coffee stop offered a good light breakfast. The location was very convenient.

Very clean and tidy hotel located in the heart of Tulllamore with super leisure facilities.

Staff were very friendly especially in the bar. Not all lights worked in the room, but the shower was fantastic.

The welcome was very warm and using my first name automatically made me feel like an old friend rather than a visitor. Room was nice and clean, we were early arriving and were given the key immediately. The hotel’s staff, all of them, were extremely friendly. In the bar/restaurant the young gentlemen were very polite and shared a few conversations and made special efforts to ensure we had been served. Overall I could not fault the place at all. 10/10

Didn't have a great time with staff at front desk. Manager had to be called and they sorted out the issues. Breakfast staff lovely couldnt do enough for you.

Its a great location/ base, with plenty parking. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the food is good. I often stay here and ppan to return. Its almost in the middle of the whole Island so you can travel in any direction. Beds are big n comfortable !!

Room lacked a desk/dressing table, there was a large gap where it should have been. A manager did bring a battered looking square table that would have made it a narrow space at the foot of the bed, I had already moved a smaller table into the space, so that I could set up my laptop and also use the hairdryer. The room was otherwise ok, no USB ports luckily there is a garage across the road that sold adapters. A shower over a low bath with a shower curtain that clung to my legs, noisy plumbing. Breakfast was the usual with a good choice, self-service coffee from only one machine. I was staying there for a conference unlikely that I’d choose to stay there in future. Having said that I had stayed there in the past with no issues. There’s a very good Indian restaurant within walking distance
