방이 좀 어둡지만 편안하고 직원들도 친절했어요

알 함부라 궁전 바로 아래에 있는 아름다운 역사가 있는 호텔입니다

위치 좋음. 누에바 광장 바로 앞. 1층 레스토랑이 유서 깊은 곳. 호텔 업무 담당 직원이 1인뿐. 레스토랑이 바쁘면 즉각 대응하지 못함. 아침 식사도 1인 투입. 오렌지쥬스와 토스트로 구성된 아침식사를 주문과 식사까지 15분 이상 걸렸음. 한 사람이 주문, 요리, 서빙, 체크아웃까지 다 해야 하니까.

광장 바로 옆에 위치하고 알함브라 길목에 있어서 좋은 위치입니다. 기차역이나 버스터미널까지 바로 가는 버스가 성당 바로 건너편에 있어서 이동에도 편리합니다. 직원들의 서비스는 매우 좋습니다만 야간에는 직원이 다른 호텔에 있기 때문에 가끔 바깥 문이 잠겨 있으면 통화를 해야하는 불편함이 있을 수 있습니다. 호텔 자체가 매우 오래된 건물이기 때문에 청결하거나 안락한 느낌은 다소 적습니다만 이용하기에 불편한 정도는 아닙니다(침대가 삐그덕 거리는 정도). 요금과 위치를 생각하면 좋은 호텔임에는 분명합니다.

Very nice hotel very close to Plaza Nueva as well as Cathedral and La Alhambra.

Lugar tranquilo en el centro de Granada. Camas muy cómodas y el personal del hotel muy amable.

We are so glad to select this place. This is located at the entrance of Albaicin, 5 minutes to Cathedral and 10 minutes to the entrance of Alhambra. We choose the superior double room which is occupied the top floor and 2 sided are all windows, You can view Albaicin and a part of Alhambra. We are sure that we will come back this room when we come back

La habitación queda sobre el comedor por lo el ruido de la gente cenando impide el descanso. Habitación muy oscura y mal iluminada. Olor a desagüe proveniente del baño etc El personal ha sido atento. Es lo úrico positivo

The location is wonderful, and the staff I saw on the first day of my visit, Sunday, were warm and helpful. However I did not see anyone after that day, and the restaurant, cafe, and bar were all closed for the remaining two days of my stay. I did not expect that as the listing advertises food and beverage. There was an odd odor in the bathroom on day one, perhaps because the room had not been used recently as it did not persist after the first night. Overall it was okay and the room, while dark, was roomy and quiet. However due to the expectation of amenities that did not exist, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Chegamos antes do horario e porta do hotel fechada, apenas um numero de WhatsApp ( quem nao tem chip nao se comunica) Entramos pois hospedes abriram a porta. 20minutos depois chegou alguem. Nao foi autorizado check in antecipado( 2 horas antes). Nao foi feito check in, nao tinga uma recepcao, tudo foi feito no balcao do restaurante. Retormamos as 18hs, novamente nao tinha ninguem,ligamos, apareceu outra pessoa. Nao pediu nossos passaportes, nada. Deu as chaves, informou q as malas tavam no quarto, ou seja , quarto sempre esteve disponível. Nunca mais cruzamos com ninguem do hotel, nada de recepção, ficamos " clandestinos " pois nao havia nenhum documento que mostrasse que estavamos la. O banheiro era grande, porem a cada banho alagava, saia agua por todos os cantos do piso. Quarto escuro, com iluminação mal posicionada, piso frio porem tinha calefacão. Nao recomendo pela insegurança

Unique building

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with a plaza just around the corner and many food options (cafes, restaurants etc). The hotel has no receptionist on site but he came quite quickly and solved the heating issue promptly.

This small hotel is in a picturesque old building around a patio, which is used as a dining room. It is steps from Plaza Nuevo, just under and a short walk from the Alhambra, and close to everything in the old town. The room we had was small but completely adequate, with a beautiful old wooden ceiling. I highly recommend staying here!

No front desk staff at our property the entire time. Had to go to a different hotel for all assistance. Website says laundry. No laundry. Elevator but still many stairs up to hotel and more to our room. Nosiest street. Loud partition people till early morning, terribly loud scooters constantly, construction workers, street cleaners each day for hours and hours.

Maid service to make up room was awful. When we checked in, there were black hairs in the floor from orevious guest, also the shower drain was clogged, sink drain was clogged, water would accumilate and not drain properly.
