Good location v clean quiet and friendly staff. Cockroaches unwelcome

Sehr weitläufiges Gelände, modernes Appartement Meerblick aus der letzten Reihe. Luftmatratzen und Poolnudeln vorhanden. Leider kostet die Klimaanlage extra.

Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean and friendly. We have stayed here a number of times and are never disappointed. The only small issue is the pillows. Maybe a couple more available to use in the room as needed would be perfect.

Pros: lovely holiday complex with well kept gardens and pool area, which didn't feel crowded. Very spacious living area in apartment. Balcony had a nice sea view and walls kept it private, but also no sea view once you sat down due to the walls! Cons: slightly unclean surfaces on arrival (crumbs, hairs). Kitchen doesn't get cleaned by housekeeping, there were some tiny ants on the surfaces during my stay (not unexpected in hot climates, but wouldn't expect in a holiday home)

As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. I really enjoyed the apartment and seating area out the front. This propert was only available for 1 night but after the 2 subsequent evenings elsewhere at another location, I really wosh Palmeras Gardens had an available let for my total of 3 nights. I travel frequently and hate being around the "typical" brits in resorts. I didnt k lw what to expect of Lanzarote but didn't realise it was basically a resort island. Resorts and paclage holidays aren't my cup of tea and i am so happy i found Palmeras Gardens. It was a nice quiet location situated under Montaña Roja, i walked this various ti.es and would recommend this location and set of holiday lets.

Great location for peace and quiet but within comfortable walking distance of main areas if required Our bungalow was spotless and well equipped and the staff very friendly

Roaches in the room..they leave you roach spray to handle the issue. No AC, it's extra charge to get the remote for it, which also means no fan. Wasn't an issue for me, until I sprayed the roach spray and there was zero air circulation Otherwise location is very good and room was nice

We had a fantastic stay 24 to 31 march 2024. The lady on reception was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. That also goes for the pool bar ladies and the guy's at the Arena bar. So friendly and food was spot on. The bungalow was spotless as were the outside area's. Lovely seafront walk to other areas too. Would definitely stop here again. I would highly recommend this lovely place.

Excellent for people with limited mobility

Appart hôtel avec tout le confort d’un petit studio. Très calme. Sinon : Pas satisfait du cabanon donné, avec vue sur les poubelles et le parking, et présence de cafards malgré les précautions prises avec nos ordures et la nourriture. Je n’y retournerai plus. Pouah !
