호텔은 깔끔해요. 느낀점은.. 1. 와이파이가 밤에 엄청 느리다. 핸드폰 던져 버릴뻔.. 2. 방에 전원 콘센트가 하나밖에 없다. tv가 쓰고 있다.

호텔 직원들도 친절하고 야외테라스와 룸이 큼직해서 좋았습니다.

시내뷰이였지만 전망도 좋고 객실도 무척 깔끔하였다 여유 베개가 있어 숙면에 도움이되었다 다양한 메뉴가 있어서 맛있게 조식을 먹었다 저녁에는 4층 테라스에서 노신사의 전자피아노 연주와 노래를 들으며 밤 풍경을 즐기고 차도 마실수있었다 다소 미흡한점은 방음이 안되는거~~

방이 굉장히 습하고 침대시트나 공기가 눅눅해서 들어가자마자 짜증났어요. 에어컨이 안틀어져있어서 눅눅한가 싶어서 에어컨을 최대치로 틀어도 별로 시원하지 않았고 눅눅하고 찝찝한 것도 여전했습니다. 방안에는 개미가 돌아다녀요. 서비스도 별로에요. 베란다에 빨래를 널러 나가려는데 문이 안열려서 직원을 불렀더니 "안열리네요. 꼭 베란다로 나가야 되나요?"라고ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 힘을 세게 주어 여니 문이 열리긴했는데 베란다 문이 열리면 에어컨이 안나오는 요상한 시스템이네요. 닫으면 에어컨이 다시 나오긴 해요. 위치, 조식은 좋습니다. 그런데 서비스가 안좋고 룸이 쾌적하지 않아서 강하게 비추합니다.

다좋아요 4성급같은 3성급이에요 다만 조식포함이라했는데 체크아웃할때 조식비를 내라고해서 좀당황했네요 ㅡㅡ

타쏘광장에서 걸어서 5분도 안 걸리는 위치. 주변은 조용했고, 인테리어가 특별하진 않지만 깨끗했다. 리셉션도 친절했고, 조식은 나쁘지 않은 수준에 조용하고 청결한 식당에서 먹을 수 있었다.

The wine selection was very nice. We enjoyed the variety of choices at breakfast everyday.

O café da manhã era bom, mas não era excelente pois suco fresco ,ovos mexidos eram cobrados a parte... Mas era bom,as tortas não eram frescas

We had a very good stay here. The hotel is well updated and had good service. There is a decent breakfast buffet in the restaurant with a great view. We didn’t get to use the rooftop pool as it was too cold when we were there but it looked very nice. Everything in Sorrento is within walking distance.

O hotel é excelente! Quarto com bom espaço, roupas de cama confortáveis e extremamente limpo. Ambientes novos e bem cuidados. Café da manhã excelente, variado e com qualidade!

The breakfast was enjoyable but something was lost in translation for a caffe latte!

The hotel was great. It had all the amenities and it was super clean! The view from the rooftop pool and restaurant was great! The only tiny issue is that there is no bathroom fan. Great place to stay in Sorrento. 2 min walk to all restaurants and shops in the old town centre. Its a bit far from the ferry port at the bottom of a hill. You will have to take a taxi or bus to get from the ferry port to this hotel. Highly recommend.
