깨끗하다 메데인 남쪽 포블라도역에서 뛰면 십분 걸어서 이십분 오며가며 구경하며 천천히 걸으면 삼십분 언덕에 있으니 쉬엄쉬엄가시라 고도가1600미터가 넘으니 급히 가기에 숨차다 아주 관리가 잘되어있다 방과 실내는 반짝거릴 만큼 청결하다 담요인 이불은 일교차가 큰 이곳에서 따뜻하진 않다 정원을 바라보는 식사자린 기분좋다 단 마가린을 넣은 빵류는 좀 괴롭다 어디든 그렇다 맛있는 버터에 길들여졌다면 준비하라 물과 커피는 공용공간에 언제나 마실 수 있다.길에 연한 방은 소음이 크다 영어는 조금 된다 역에서 걸어오려면 지리공부를 해야한다 직원들은 도와주려 애쓰나 언어소통에 약간아쉬움이 남는다

Ya es mi segunda vez en este lugar y me ha parecido genial, el servicio fabuloso todos muy atentos y cordiales. El desayuno exquisito. La ubicación es perfecta, habitaciones cómodas. Me encanta! Recomendado!

Accesible a pie a muchos lugares pero lo suficientemente alejado para que estuviera tranquilo sin ruido. El staff muy servicial y el lugar muy bonito, la habitación amplia y limpia

Single beds were not comfortable

Realmente recomendable la atencion es excelente y el desayuno que dan incluido en la estancia es muy bueno, solo me podria quejar de los colchones que nos tocaron para mi gusto muy duros

Instalaciones muy acogedoras.

Great Place to stay!

This is a nice little hotel that feels like a home away from home. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Fantastic staff, great place!

I was only there for a week and I should’ve stayed longer. All of the staff was very nice and helpful and I speak very little Spanish but a few of the staff spoke English and google translator helped too. It’s in walking distance to restaurants, shops, whatever you need or a short cab or Uber ride. It’s not like a major hotel chain but I prefer that when I travel. They were very knowledgeable about Medellin and were concerned about me being safe. I would definitely stay there again!

It feels like you are at home.

The courtyard is gorgeous, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast menu was great and the food was delicious, and the vibe was very safe and peaceful. Our room was very small, but this ended up being okay because we were out often and the weather was clear, so we could sit out in the courtyard/dining area.

Me gusto la atención del personal, la excelente ubicación en la ciudad, las habitaciones muy limpias y reconfortantes

Le personnel de l'hôtel est absolument extraordinaire. Nous avons subi un vol sur la rue et ils nous ont beaucoup aidé dans nos démarches suite à cet incident. Il faut faire très attention le soir, il faut absolument prendre un taxi pour nos déplacements.

Even for a 3 star hotel this place was pretty average. The sheets and towels were clean but they had stains on them. I could hear people on the stairs or in the lobby from my room. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so you’d have to take your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. No the staff won’t offer to help with that. On the plus side: The room was spacious and the water pressure in the bathroom was great.
