The property does not have a microwave in the room. The elevator down to the property makes an odd sound. The room was modern and very clean.

The property was clean. The staff was nice and answered any concerns right away. There was entertainment downstairs on the nights we were there. The only thing I would suggest is to add microwaves to the rooms.

Always drama at this place even my VIP status don’t give me good service! I had two reservations and they didn’t connect them regardless of my prior request to do so. At time of entry drama (I had to come from a funeral) to get my daughter inside the place! And of course it was my fault!

Staff was exceptional! Manager and night staff helpful eager to help!

A perfect location.

The room didn’t have enough light and the carpet needs to be replaced. I would stay again and hopefully those issues can be resolved

We loved our stay at this place. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Great place to stay while visiting Manhattan School of Music.

Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was clean but needs routine updating. Window shade was stained, paint chipped on one wall but overall room was clean and decent. The hardest part is there was no heat my first night. The staff brough up a space heater but it didn't really work. The next day they fixed the heat. The hotel served its purpose as I had a last minute funeral and was traveling alone. Not sure if I would stay again.

Good value. Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet except for traffic outside. Pillows and coffee set up could be better. Will stay again. Nice staff.

When I asked about the VIP and they did not have any idea what I was talking about so I was not able to use my benefit

Aloft was just what i needed at the time it definitely gave me a piece of mind while i was there

Parking is a bummer in Harlem, so I will not leave that as review! Aloft is amazing! Great staff! Great rooms.

The heating/air conditioning unit made a loud noise all night - I couldn’t sleep; the safe was broken; the tv didn’t work. The young lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful.

The hotel was dirty with dust and dirt in the crevices of the bathroom floor and shower. The coffee maker had grime all in the water reservoir. I had a few zoom meetings I had to take in the room and there was a dog that barked all day long and someone screaming on their phone. Overall, the pictures on the website make it appear nice and I generally have good experiences with Aloft but stay away from this hotel. It’s dirty, old, and not ideal for people who need peace and quiet.

Very nice a little gem in Harlem

Lovely front desk staff, wonderful Saturday event full of fun. The only downside was the extreme price for drinks…$19.50 for one!

Nice stay. Will stay again!
