Very enjoyable stay,Owners and staff very friendly with great service.Were only there for breakfast meal which was a ample and satisfying start to the day every morning of our stay Would stay again

Steep climb from the sea front. Hot water slow.

Clean and tidy. Comfy bed and a spot on breakfast to kick start the day. Good location and very reasonably priced.

Helpful friendly staff, great breakfast and homely evening meals

It was ok. Not suitable for the larger person. And somewhat dangerous stairs. Quite steep and narrow. But decent breakfast and friendly staff. Overall was just ok.

The staff were very helpful and even let us store our bags in a room until our ferry late at night

A nice place for my husband and I to explore IOM by public transport. Centrally located not to far from the bus stops and a nice view of the harbour from our bedroom . Lovely breakfast and friendly hosts.

Arrandale is a cosy hotel. The room, including the ensuite were clean and comfortable.

I found the apartment where I was staying clean and very well equipped so this was just what I needed. I was pleased I stayed in Douglas as there are a good range of shops and Douglas is an ideal location to be able to access all the modes of public transport. The electric tram, the steam train, buses and the Douglas bay horse tramway. In my opinion my apartment was ideal finding a quiet place to rest in Hutchinson square. The hotel staff were very kind and considerate. Thank you Scott.

Adequate stay. Cheaper than others around it, so decent value for money. Property is clean, but is dated and the room had numerous small but annoying problems particularly with the plumbing/shower and curtains that don’t shut out the light. Breakfasts were very good though. Area was safe, but not too much in the way of facilities nearby, so a walk into the centre of Douglas was often needed. (about 15 minutes walk) The steep walk back from the promenade can get tedious after a few days.

The apartment was amazing. I went with my family and we had a great time. Very clean, has all amenities etc A very responsive host. Extended our check out time at a short notice to help me catch up on an urgent work call. Very close to everything you need on the Island. My wife asked if I could give 10 stars, but can't because the score ends at 5😄

Hotels.com advertise the property as “pets stay free” however this is not the case and Arrandale wanted to charge an additional pet surcharge after I had booked and paid. This was then waived when I pointed out the wording on hotels.com Part of the decision in choosing Arrandale was the park across the road so that we could easily walk the dogs first thing in the morning and last thing at night, however we discovered that dogs are prohibited in the park. Parking is on street, however it is difficult to get a space as very busy and parking is only 2 hours between 8am and 6pm. The apartments were okay, not the comfiest or cleanest, but nice to have a little extra space more than a hotel room with the dogs, and great to have cooking facilities and washing machine.

Arrandale House and Apartments accommodation was our base for a week's holiday for our family of 4. We stayed in a 2 bedroom self catering apartment which was very spacious, clean and well-kitted out. The apartment is walking Distance to and from Douglas Beach, shops and all public transport stops. We had a great week - top ratings on all counts. I would suggest putting a small fan in each of the rooms as the appartment did tend to get hot at times.

This is the first time to Isle of man. The room is clean and nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Lovely place conveniently located to explore the island. Service from staff was very friendly. There was a nice selection for breakfast.
