사진 및 설명과 실제 객실은 부정적 방향으로 전혀 다릅니다. 침대 2개 있는 3인실을 예약했는데 침대1개와 소파 1개만 있었으며 티와 커피를 위한 전기포트는 없었습니다. 사진과 같은 구조가 아니며 비좁고 어둡고 냄새가 납니다. 벽과 가구 침구는 검붉은 색으로 오래 지낼만한 편한 분위기가 아닙니다. 비좁은 공간에 검붉은 벽과 가구 카페트에 둘러싸여 우울한 분위기로 다시 쓰지만 사진과는 너무 다릅니다. 욕실에 따뜻한 물은 잘 나오지 않으며 샤워 부스는 구식으로 호텔이라 부르기 민망합니다. 여행을 망치고 싶지 않아 총 4박 중 2박만 숙박, 일찍 체크아웃 했습니다. 히터는 우리가 제어할 수 없으며 제어를 하려면 다른 호텔 프론트로 가서 요청해야하고. 모니터는 아주 구식입니다. 호텔 프론트의 남직원은 매우 불친절했습니다. 거짓 사진으로 예약 받는 호텔도 문제지만 사이트도 사실대로 정보를 넣지 않는 호텔에 패널티를 줘야 합니다.

Run down property. Not as described on listing: missing tv and no connecting rooms. Old and poorly maintained. Allergies probably caused from mould. Small confined space for a family of 5. No kettle, no wifi, no tea/coffee, no chair, no table, broken hairdryer and lots of mosquitoes. Only 5 beds in a room that feels claustrophobic. Reception is useless.

Notre expérience à été un cauchemar. Nous n'avons pas été hébergée. Arrivée à l'hôtel on nous a proposé une chambre en dehors du bâtiment principal. Une chambre insalubre, humidité, moisissure de la tapisserie, sans fenêtre, sans WI-FI. L'hôtel n'a pas été capable de nous trouver un autre hébergement. Laissées en.derive, nous nous sommes débrouillés à trouver un autre hôtel après des heures à déambuler avec nos valises dans les vaporetos et dans les rues. Aujourd'hui, ni l'hôtel, ni votre site ne nous a remboursé. Nous avons fait intervenir la police, RIEN. Je ne lâcherai pas l'affaire et porterai pleinte. C'est une grosse Arnaque. Première expérience. GROSSE DÉCEPTION. A FUIR !!!

Location was perfect. Internet connection was a mess

This hotel is Very terrible place to live even very disgusting as Wel as there is no one in the reception to show the room as we had to wait too long for get someone help us . Actually this hotel is doing fraud with tourist , to be hohent we are not coming here for staying whole day or night just to sleep for little while 'on the other hand this hotel take the advantage from tourist this is the reason tourist not coming that much. I dont recommend anyone to come this hotel .

Clean, comfortable and cozy rooms. Pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay and I will definitely go back.

La habitación del hotel estaba muy sucia, con bichos ,de hecho el primer día nos dieron una habitación que no tenía agua caliente pese a aque ellos ya sabían que era así, de hecho beatrice la chica de recepción nos confirmó que no se podía dormir allí , como lo tenían otra nos engañaron y no nos lo advirtieron, luego nos dieron otra que está un poquito mejor pero igual de sucia y desvencijada y más pequeño. Según se ve las reseñas suele ser el modus operandi de este hotel. Te ponen unas fotos que no se corresponden con la realidad y luego no cumplen te avisan de que existe la posibilidad de que te devuelvan la primera noche ya que duermes unas condiciones indignas y luego no cumplen. Si ves otras reseñas son parecidas a la nuestra de forma que actúan de manera premeditada para engañar

Tiene una muy buena ubicación La habitación muy comoda y todo seguro Sin duda es una buena opcion

This is something from hotel hell. As soon as you enter the property, the wall paper is falling off the wall and the stairs are a trip hazard. There was bags of rubbish left in the corridor for most of our time. When we entered the room, it got worse. The carpet was filthy, shower was filthy, sockets, WiFi and TV didn’t work. The bed was not even a real bed, it was two single camp beds pushed together. No expenses spared on the pillows or mattress, we had a terrible sleep. The place just generally stunk. The hotel looks nice on photos, but it clearly hasn’t had any maintenance since the 80’s. I can’t believe I booked this for our honeymoon, but Easter weekend meant it was super busy and we paid above the odds for this place.

I expect a partial refund from hotel .com. I paid extra for a canal view room. Arrived and told they are full and we have a room with no view. If I don’t like it to call the police. Rude horrible staff

Le soir pas d’eau chaude et pas de Wifi.

No servía el aire acondicionado, no podía conversarse nada en los tomas de electricidad porq se iba la energía en todo el cuarto, la alfombra sucia

Nous sommes arrivé dans cet hôtel le vendredi et notre chambre n’était a priori pas prête. Après une attente de 45 min et en réclamant que nous avions attendu plus que de raison, ils finissent par nous dire que la chambre était prête. Nous arrivons dans une chambre presque insalubre où le ménage n’avait pas été fait depuis très longtemps, la couette était tachée de déjection humaine … , des miettes, de la poussière, des détritus par terre à côté de la poubelle ainsi que des punaises de lit. Après réclamation auprès de l’accueil , ils nous ont dit que rien ne serait fait, qu’il n’y aurait aucun changement. Nous avons pris la décision de quitter l’établissement, nous avons demandé d’être remboursé et le patron de l’établissement a fait semblant que ce n’était pas à lui qu’il fallait s’adresser et nous a donné une adresse mail de réclamation qui ne nous a donné aucune réponse à ce jour … À FUIR !!!

Très bon emplacement! Et un très joli cadre, l'hôtel donné sur un canal. Le personnel assez arrangeant si on insiste un peu... L'hôtel est un peu ancien et a certainement besoin d'une rénovation mais rien de bien dramatique. Le prix est raisonnable par rapport à l'emplacement.

La habitacion es vieja, y súper fría! No hay wifi

In struttura ho trovato la camera sporchissima, capelli lunghi da donna ( noi eravamo due uomini ) briciole sul letto e sporcizia a terra, tende macchiate di pomodoro e varie ragnatele ovunque, inoltre la luce ne funzionava solo una e ci siamo aiutati con il flash del cellulare, linea Wi-Fi assente e copertura della vostra sim altrettanto, la “capa” come la chiamano i dipendenti, una maleducata, ci prendeva in giro e nonostante un viaggio di 18 ore volevamo dormire, tv non funzionante e asciugamani non presenti! È stato un incubo il nostro soggiorno a Venezia, mai più per nessun motivo e se avessi letto le recensioni per tempo, ci avrei pensato 10 volte a prenotare da loro.

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, habitación con vistas al canal y alejado del ruido de la zona céntrica. El baño muy antiguo, ducha sin cortina o mampara. La atención del persona correcta

Está bastante abandonado y sin mantenimiento adecuado. No lo recomendo

Problème de chambre à notre arrivé ce n’est pas la chambre que nous avions réservé. Le lendemain nous Attribue la bonne chambre un « appartement deux chambres » sauf que le seul chauffage de la pièce est un petit chauffage d’appoint qui fait un énorme bruit et la deuxième chambre le lit été pas fait de plus pas de chauffage donc une humidité énorme. Pour conclure sur l’annonce été noté appartement deux chambres mais une seule où il est possible d’y dormir car comme dit précédemment la deuxième n’a pas de chauffage le lit n’était pas un lit mais un canapé pas de télé bref tout le contraire des photos de l’annonce sur internet.
