Though it's a classic hotel, I like the hospitality and, most of all, the cleanliness. Thanks! If I have transactions in the near future, I will surely come back and recommend it. The free hot/cold water dispenser outside the rooms is also great, and it was clean and well maintained.

We stayed here because my aunt had surgery in Manila Doctors’ Hospital. It’s only a block away and we just walk from the hotel. I want to commend the staff again and again for being so polite and attentive. Especially the receptionist at night who was exceptionally cheery despite our very late check in. We went in at around 10pm (Feb 1) were dead tired, but the receptionist was still all smiles and attended to all out queries. My fiancé also was very happy with ate. We forgot to get her name though.

Very pleasant stay here! We extended for several days and got additional rooms because of its value for money. The reception and the housekeeping people were very attentive. The place was clean and had everything we need nearby. They also have a cafe which serves basic breakfast in the morning, and is a bar at night which has live acoustic music during the weekends. My parents went out for a little bit of drinks and music last Friday. Will definitely come back. 😊

Dekat ke rizal park, pelayanan great banget, sayangnya tidak ada lift, tapi lokasinya yang best overall memuaskan.

Every time I visit Manila, I always book this hotel. the hotel is very well located in the heart of the capital city. Many establishments are located next to it like fast food restaurants, government offices, parks and LRT station. It was my "nth" time in the hotel. I was quite disappointed because it my 2nd time to experience that their card that used to open the door wasn't working. The door can't be closed easily, you have to exert more effort to close the door securely. The remote control of their AC wasn't working, I have to push the buttons manually on the AC itself. The glass door of the shower room was broken, it cannot be closed properly so every time I go to shower, the water was leaking to other part of the comfort room. I stayed there for 2 nights. On the 2nd day, I left the hotel before lunch for an agenda. I put the "please make up my room" sign on the door outside before leaving and when I got back at around 5pm. My room was not cleaned by the housekeeper. And as I was resting, someone knocked on the door. It was the housekeeper who should have cleaned the room earlier. What a wrong timing incident. Nevertheless, the room was clean and smelled fresh. No smell of smoke in any part of the room. I still recommend this hotel to everybody despite of some issues I encountered.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman, suka banget, dekat tempat wisata, ada mcdonalds, jollibe, dekat robinson mal juga. Kalau balik lagi bakal menginap di casa bocobo lagi.
