전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hampton Inn and Suites Cincinnati/Uptown-University Area

신시네티 대학 방문으로 묵었던 호텔로 객실이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되었음 아침식사도 비교적 먹을만 하였고 직원들도 친절하였음 주변환경 또한 무난하였슴

처음 미국에서 호텔생활을 했는데 이보다 더 만족할 수는 없을 것 같아요 다운타운과 약간의 거리는 있지만 상관없이 너무 편안하게 쉬다가 갑니다. 모든 직원들이 다 친절하고 아침 메뉴도 입맛에 잘 맞았습니다. 다음에 신시내티 온다면 무조건 이 호텔로 올 것 입니다.

Weren’t a lot of choices for dining around the hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. One downfall was we had to pay extra for parking. Otherwise I’d give them 5 stars. Within walking distance to the Cincinnati Zoo.

The hotel clerk was absolutely awesome. I didn't catch his name, but he was a black male who was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond. I will come back to this hotel largely because of his kindness and professionalism.

Room was clean, comfortable and absolutely QUIET even though it was near the medical center. Breakfast was exceptional--healthy choices, excellent range of foods. Fresh fruit galore!

Very friendly staff! The breakfast was nice, and my kids enjoyed the pool. Our bathroom floor seemed kind of dirty, but that's really the only complaint I can think of. The room had a microwave and mini fridge, and the cost of my stay was pretty standard. I'd stay there again!

Newly remodeled and our room was great!

The greeting we got was perfect. When we got in room noticed Cheerios on the floor by the wall and the beds were very firm. Not comfortable at all. They air conditioner clicked and rattled all night long.

Old, used soap with hair in the shower. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Front desk was nice. Wall paper is pealing in a few places. The hotel is under construction.

It appeared the interior could use a significant update- my room's sink leaked, water took forever to turn warm, and overall had a musky aura to the place. Will not sleep with Hampton Inn again.

Restaurant can be cleaner. Window view of room 208 is totally blocked.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was top notch. Extremely friendly and always greeting us whenever they saw us! Will stay again!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, polite, and helpful.

The hallway noise with other guest's room doors opening a closing was a bit annoying especially at night when trying to sleep.

A very nice staff and I enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff was friendly and polite. There was not an issue at all! They were doing a bit of remodeling while we were there, so appearance was a little disheveled but to be expected for remodeling and didn't negatively effect our stay at all.

The people were very friendly. Unfortunately, the property was outdated and not kept clean. When we arrived, there was a full garbage bag in the vending area that was pulled out of the receptacle. It sat there the following day and was finally removed that afternoon. When we went to breakfast, the side counter next to our table was so dusty that I wrote "Hello Ohio" in the dust and took a picture. When we went back to our room later that afternoon, housekeeping had cleaned the room and the bed was made but the garbage cans were never emptied. The chairs were uncomfortable, and the wallpaper in the bathroom was what I can only describe as curling up. We were with another couple and they had issues with the bathroom sink not draining.

I know they are renovating but existing facilities are past due being upgraded. Good location and staff was very helpful. Will stay again when things are better. Came to visit our granddaughter at Cincinnati.
